摘要註:	近幾十年來，國中補校學生的基本背景與過去大不相同，大多是中高齡之成人，其學習特性和需求有別於一般國中生，卻未因時代變革而彈性調整。為落實終身學習理念，本研究希望藉由探討大台中地區國民中學補習學校成人學生的學習需求，試圖瞭解當前國中補校成人學生學習需求的現況，進一步瞭解國中補校的功能與存在價值，藉此能促進成人學生得到高品質的學習。研究方法依據相關文獻，修訂適合本研究之調查問卷，針對104學年度就讀大台中地區所設立之其中11所國民中學補習學校之成人學生進行問卷調查，回收 650 份，得有效問卷 525 份，以SPSS 22.0 for windows電腦統計並進行各項資料分析，以此瞭解國中補校學生學習需求的具體意見及促使其參與學習活動的相關因素。研究發現：（1）大台中地區11所國民中學補習學校成人學生對學習課程的學習需求均有中度以上，而身心保健、社交關係均屬高度需求。（2）女性較男性注重休閒嗜好；64歲以下的成人學生在專長進修與休閒嗜好上有較高的需求；一年級學生在社交關係與休閒嗜好上有較高的需求；有工作的學生較重視專長進修的增進；本國籍學生在社交關係、身心保健等有明顯的需求。（3）國中補校學生期望：教學進度宜採漸進式；教材內容重視多元與生活化；多些實用性的動態活動課程；多重視校園安全問題。本研究結果希望教育單位多正視國中補校成人學生之學習特性與學習取向；學習課程宜加入多元探索與生活整合的元素，提昇學習品質與效能；規劃前瞻的補校教育相關政策，以求能符合教育現場需求與推動終身學習理念。

Since most of the students at the subsidiary schools are mid-aged and elderly learners, their learning styles and learning needs are not all similar to those at general junior high schools. In order to put life-long learning into effect, this study explored the learning needs of the adult students at the subsidiary schools to further understand the function and value of supplementary education. It is hoped that the senior students may receive supplementary learning with high quality. This research reviewed the related literature to modify the questionnaire that fits the study, which recruited 650 senior subjects from the 104th academic year at 11 subsidiary schools of junior high schools in Great Taichung City. A total of 525 valid questionnaires were collected and examined by descriptive statistics, independent t test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s Method, and open-ended question analysis. Moreover, SPSS 22.0 for windows was utilized to disclose the learning needs and other related factors that help invigorate the senior students. Results showed that (1) the learning needs of the adult students from 11 subsidiary schools of junior high schools in Taichung City are above medium. Among the needs, health maintenance and social relationship are the highest; (2) compared to the male elderly learners, female senior students pay much attention to the leisure hobbies. The senior learners, who are above 64 years old, have higher needs in fields of pursuing further education and entertainment. The first year students have higher needs in social relationship and leisure hobbies. Those learners who have jobs give weight to the opportunity to improve their expertise and education. Taiwanese students, compared to learners with other nationalities, have obvious needs in social relationship and health maintenance; (3) senior students from the subsidiary school of junior high schools expect that instructors teach in a progressive way, and the content of the teaching materials can be more diversified and life-oriented. In addition, a more practical and active curriculum as well as campus safety should be emphasized. This study hence suggested that educational units in Taiwan should place a high value on the learning styles and learning needs of the senior students. More life-integrated and multi-dimensional curriculum should be added to enhance learning quality and efficiency. More importantly, our government should regulate foresight policies concerning supplementary education to meet the requirements of on-site education and life-long learning.
