摘要註:	在人口高齡化和提早退休的雙重影響下，中高齡人口平均退休年齡皆大幅度的下降，不僅造成人力資源的浪費，無形中也加重整體社會的財務負擔，因此退休人力再運用之議題受到許多國家高度的重視。本研究以Ajzen 的計畫行為理論架構，主要期能瞭解中高齡者退休再就業之行為意向，透過問卷調查方式，共發放350份問卷，得到有效樣本302份，有效回收率86.3％，以SPSS22.0統計套裝軟體進行資料處理與分析。係以草屯鎮中高齡者為研究對象。研究結果顯示：一、態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制等三個構面對中高齡者退休再就業行為意向皆有正向且顯著的影響。二、知覺行為控制態度對行為意向的影響力為最大，影響最小的是態度。三、由差異分析發現，受訪者的基本屬性中，年齡、健康狀況、退休狀況等，對模式內各潛在變項有不同的顯著差異情形。此結果可以作為未來規劃、開拓退休人力資源參考，且使中高齡者能再次貢獻他們的智慧和經驗來造福人群且增添自我價值，進而帶動整個勞動力發展，解決部分高齡化社會問題。

So the topic of reapplying retired manpower has been highly emphasized by many developed countries. The study was based on the framework of Ajzen’s Theory of Planned Behavior to analyze middle-aged and older adults’ behavior intentions about the retired-reemployment by questionnaires. There were 350 surveys were sent, and 302 were successfully completed. The response rate was 86.3％, and surveys were analyzed through SPSS22.0. Take the middle-aged and older adult in Tsaotun area as our research target. This research indicates three results.1.Factors like Attitude, Subjective Norm and Perceived Behavioral Control have positive and significant effect on the will of attending ecotourism.2.Behavioral Intention affected by Perceived Behavioral Control the most. Attitude has the smallest effect on Behavioral Intention among the three factors.3.The basic information, such as age, health and retirement status has different effective level on varieties of the model under ANOVA analysis. This result can be used as reference to plan and develop the retired human resources, and the elderly can contribute again their wisdom and experience to benefit people and increase self-worth. Moreover, it can promote the whole development of the labor force and solve part of the problem of aging society.
