摘要註:	隨著人口結構的老化及家庭照顧功能的弱化，有越來越多的人必須獨自生活，使得獨居逐漸成為新世代中高齡者的另一種生活型態。本研究之目的在於探討獨居老人使用緊急救援系統之意向，以問卷調查進行問卷訪談。在研究架構各構面之描述性統計方面，各構面的平均數均大於4，顯示受訪者對於緊急救援系統的態度及使用意願持正向看法，並認同緊急救援系統是有用也容易使用的。在不同個人背景變項對緊急救援系統之使用意願差異分析方面，在性別差異分析方面，經獨立本t檢定分析結果顯示，性別對於緊急救援系統使用意願之差異未具顯著水準。在年齡層的差異分析方面，經單因子變異數分析顯示，不同年齡層對於緊急救援系統使用意願之差異亦未具顯著水準。在影響獨居老人使用緊急救援系統之意願因素方面，經多元廻歸分析結果，顯示影響緊急救援使用意願的構面最高為態度、主觀規範次之，知覺行為控制則不具顯著性，整體解釋力達61%，顯示本研究架構對獨居老人使用緊急救援系統之行為意願有不錯的解釋力。本研究結果顯示，獨居長者都認為緊急救援系統對於日常生活是有幫助的，且操作容易，並不排斥也有很高的意願來繼續使用。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the intention of elderly people living alone to use the rescue system, the questionnaire survey questionnaire interviews. Descriptive statistics in all facets of the research framework, the average number of each facet is greater than 4, show respondents' attitudes and willingness to use emergency rescue system holding the forward view, and agree that the emergency system is useful and easy to use of. Differences in willingness to analyze different personal background variables on the use of emergency rescue system of respect, differences in gender analysis, by an independent sample t test analysis showed that gender differences in the use of the emergency system is not the will of a significant level. Differences in terms of different ages, by one-way analysis of variance showed that differences in the use of different ages for the wishes of the emergency rescue system nor a significant level. Among the factors the wishes of elderly people living alone to use the rescue system of impact, the meter loop multivariate regression analysis results showing the effect of the use of emergency intention facets highest attitude, subjective norm, followed by perceived behavioral control with no significant resistance, the overall explanatory power up to 61%, shows the research framework for the use of elderly people living alone conduct emergency rescue system. Wish to have good explanatory power. The research results show that elderly people living alone are considered emergency rescue system for everyday life is helpful and easy to operate, does not exclude also has a high willingness to continue to use.
