摘要註:	隨著經濟結構的變遷，人們飲食習慣也隨之改變，忽略了安全的飲食的來源，加上飲食工業化及食安問題層出不窮，不斷影響國民的健康，為了重新建立正確的飲食知識，與選擇食物的能力以改善飲食生活，農食教育的推動愈顯其重要性。本研究透過遊憩體驗觀點來探討食農教育所衍生之意涵，利用文獻案例的探討與歸納，合併深度訪談分析，研擬深化食農教育的意涵與對策，研究結果顯示：農食教育的推廣與實施，必須由政府機構、學校與非營利組織等共同合作，更應將農食教育視為一種環境教育，創造做中學的體驗環境，同時也必須結合在地的特色農業資源。

The critical issue of food education has been ignored. There are growing issues of food security caused by food industrialization, which affects the health of our citizens. In order to setup the correct concept and the ability to choose good food, it's necessary to educate people to improve their diet habits.The purpose of the research is to explore the implications in food and agriculture education, through the recreation experience point of view, by using literature review and in-depth interviews, the results shows that:After the farming experience, not just to produce food waste behavior and the performance is quite obviously. The promotion of food and agriculture education must be cooperated by government agencies, schools, and non-profit organizations. We should regard food and agriculture education as an environmental education, create learning by doing environment, develop the characteristics resources in the ground.
