園藝治療課程之參與動機與涉入程度對民宿經營管理行為意圖之研究

摘要註:	本研究旨在探討民宿經營者對於參與園藝治療課程之參與動機、涉入程度，以及應用課程內容於民宿經營管理之行為意圖之間的影響關係。研究架構主要分為三部份，分別是動機、涉入程度與計畫行為理論。研究採結構式問卷調查進行，並透過結構方程模式分析各變項之間的因果關係。本研究參考沈嘉雯（2015）「羽球參與者涉入程度、服務品質與行為意圖關係之研究」、鄭語瑭（2015）「遊客動機、場景、服務品質及行為意圖之關係―以2015台灣國際蘭展為例」，以及許嘉麟、張韡瀚、黃美涓、陳皇仲、柯智裕、鄧復旦（2008）之「智慧型高齡者照護設備科技接受問卷之內容效度—以「互動式隨身照護手錶」為例」共計三份研究之研究工具，並依據研究者之需求加以改編而成。研究採立意抽樣之方式，以現在已從事民宿經營管理者作為研究對象。預試共計發放83份問卷，回收有效問卷83份，有效問卷回收率100.0%，預試所得之樣本經差異性檢定與關聯性檢定後，問卷各題項均有量好之信效度，且各量表均有良好之信度，可應用於正式問卷之中。正式問卷共計發放400份問卷，回收352份有效問卷，有效問卷回收率為88.0%。正式問卷之資料回收後，研究者使用SPSS for Windows 12.0與Amos 20.0兩套統計軟體進行後續研究之分析，本研究之統計分析方式包括描述性統計分析與結構方程模式。數據分析之結果，本研究之參與動機對涉入程度、參與動機、態度與知覺行為控制對行為意圖均有正向顯著影響，而涉入程度與主觀規範對行為意圖則為負向顯著影響。根據分析之結果，研究者提出本研究之結論並提出建議。

There were three parts of the research framework, intrinsic motivation, involvement and theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The using data for this study were collected by the questionnaires, and analyzed the relationship between each variable by structural equation modeling. This study used the questionnaire of the researches, ” A Study on the Reiationship Among Involvement,Service Quality and Behavioral Intention” ,“The relationship among Tourist Motivation, Servicescape, Service Quality and Behavioral Intention: An Example of Taiwan International Orchid Show,2015” and “Content Validity of the Technology Acceptance Questionnaire of Intelligent Care Facilities for Elders--An Example of the Interactive, Carry-on Watch with the Function of Medical Care” as the reference and adapted this questionnaire for the research tool of this study. The researcher adopted the purposive sampling, and the subjects of the study were the operators of B&B. Based on the surveyed-questionnaire method, there were 83 questionnaires issued and retrieved in pre-test, and 83 of them were valid. The valid response rate is 100.0%. The researcher used the test of the significance of difference and the test of association to verify the reliability and validity of this questionnaire. The results were that it had good reliability and validity. There were 400 questionnaires issued and retrieved in formal test, and 352 of them were valid. The valid response rate is 88.0%. After collecting the data, the researcher used SPSS for Windows 12.0 and Amos 20.0 to make the data analysis of this study. The methods of data analysis were descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling. The results of data analysis were that the participated motivation of the research sample could influence involvement positive and significant, and the participated motivation, attitude and perceived behavioral control of the research sample could influence behavior intention positive and significant. The involvement and subject norm of the research sample could influence behavior intention negative and significant. According the results of data analysis, the researcher proposed the conclusions of this study, and advanced suggestions.
