摘要註:	本研究旨在了解國小中高年級學童職業認知的情況，進而探討不同因素與職業認知之關係及影響。本文的研究目的有二：（一）了解國小學童的職業認知之現況。（二）探討國小學童職業認知之差異性。為達以上目的，本研究採開放性問卷調查法，以南投縣水里鄉郡坑國小三到六年級共27位學童為研究對象。本研究使用依據九年一貫生涯發展教育議題指標設計之開放性問卷作為研究工具，將所得資料採質性分析，來了解國小學童職業認知之現況，並探討不同因素對職業認知之影響。根據研究發現結論如下：一、國小學童職業認知之現況國小學童大多具有清晰的職業認知。二、國小學童職業認知差異性相關因素（一）性別因素：國小男、女學童都清楚知道自己將來所要從事的職業，並不因為男女之別而有程度上的不同，差別在於所選擇的職業類別不一樣，有受到職業性別角色刻板印象影響。（二）年級因素：國小三到六年級的學童職業認知，並不會因為年級不同而有差別。（三）家庭因素：國小學童對於職業的選擇，無論是有無從事和父母一樣的職業都會受到家庭因素影響。（四）其他因素：國小學童的職業選擇會受到各種因素影響。研究者針對研究結果加以討論並提出建議，以提供學校教育及未來研究之參考。

Two purposes of our thesis include, 1). to understand current circumstances of vocational cognition in elementary school students, and 2).to study in vocational cognition differences between our participant students.For achieving our purposes this study, used open questionnaire survey for students in Jiyun Keng elementary, from 3rd grade to 6th grade, 27 students in total as our objects. The open questionnaire survey was made according to Grade 1-9 Curriculum of Career Development Education, collected and analyzed data from this survey. The results were shown as followed:1. Most students had complete figure in current circumstances of vocational cognition in elementary school students.2. There are four factors exhibits in the vocational cognition differences among elementary students;a. Gender factor: both boys and girls were all clearly understand the job that they dreamed of, but the categories were different, affected by gender stereotypes in professions.b. Age factor: from 3rd grade to 6th grade did not have significant differences.c. Family factor: the choices that students made were influenced by their parents, whether the choose the same job as their parents or not.d. Other factors: vocational cognition of elementary school students were influenced by various elements.This research achieves the had discussions about experiment results and gives some important suggestions, for school education and further researches in the future.
