概要:	本研究目的是：一、瞭解民俗技藝團成員之人口統計變項現況。二、瞭解民俗技藝團成員之休閒涉入、文化認同與休閒價值之現況。三、探討民俗技藝團成員之休閒涉入、文化認同與休閒價值之差異情形。四、探討民俗技藝團成員之休閒涉入、文化認同與休閒價值之相關情形。五、探討民俗技藝團成員之休閒涉入、文化認同與休閒價值之預測情形。本研究採取問卷調查方式，使用自編之「民俗技藝團成員休閒涉入、文化認同與休閒價值量表」，採隨機取樣方式對舞龍舞獅、宋江陣與武術等民俗技藝團成員進行調查，總計發放問卷350份，回收有效問卷共311份，。統計方式採描述統計了解樣本資料結構及各變項分配情形；單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關檢定和多元逐步迴歸分析進行資料分析後所得結果如下：（1）民俗技藝團成員在不同人口統計變項對休閒涉入有部分顯著差異；對文化認同有部分顯著差異；對休閒價值有部分顯著差異（2）民俗技藝團成員之休閒涉入與對休閒價值存在顯著相關，文化認同對休閒價值存在顯著相關。（3）休閒涉入之「吸引力」、「中心性」、「自我表現」可有效預測休閒價值；文化認同之「文化認知」、「態度認同」「行為認同」、「感情認同」可有效預測休閒價值。最後根據研究結果，提出實務之策略及建議。

To understand the demographic variables of folklore group members. 2）. To understand the folk art group members of the leisure involved, cultural identity and leisure value of the situation. 3）. To explore the folk arts and crafts group members of the leisure involvement, cultural identity and leisure value of the difference. 4）.To explore the folk art group members of the leisure involvement, cultural identity and leisure value of the relevant circumstances. 5）, to explore the folk art group members of the leisure involvement, cultural identity and leisure value of the forecast situation. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey, using the self-made "folk art group members leisure involvement, cultural identity and leisure value scale", random sampling method of dragon and lion dance, Song Jiang array and martial arts and other folk art group members to investigate, A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed, and 311 valid questionnaires were collected. （1） The members of the folk art group are different from each other.
