概要:	在老化嚴重的社會中，一個讓長者能在一個安定且有尊嚴的地方生活著，是很值得思考的問題。由於醫療與科技發達直接或間接可以得到更周全的照顧，人口壽命也愈來愈長，2017年內政部公布老化指數指標2月首度破百，達到100.18，老年人口超過幼年人口，敲響人口老化的警鐘代表。根據聯合國世衛組織定義，65歲以上人口占總人口比例達到7%，稱為「高齡化社會」，2017年2月65歲以上占總人口比例達13.33%，老人人口日益增加亦即需求增加，且子女家庭照顧功能式微，安養（護）機構成為家族另種選擇。本研究透過文獻探討深入訪談結果、運用SWOT分析目前機構管理所面臨優勢、劣勢、機會、威脅現況，並導入運用平衡計分卡（The Balanced Scorecard，簡稱BSC）的四大構面，推演成功經營管理安養（護）機構應有的策略及方案，同時本研究以埔里某安養（護）中心做深入老人社會福利機構對現今社會之重要性之質性研究，探討未來機構成功關鍵因素，包含經營理念、管理、行銷策略、照護流程等。

As the medical and technology up to, can be directly or indirectly get more comprehensive care, and population life is getting longer and longer, Ministry of the interior announced the aging index, in February 2017, the first time reached 100.18, The elderly population over the young population is the warning of population aging . According to the United Nations World Health Organization, the population over 65 years of age accounted for 7% of total population, known as the "aging society". In February 2017, the population aged 65 or above reached 13.33%. As the elderly population increases, the elderly care increases. Plus reduced family care function, Security institutions become an alternative.In this study, trough the literature discussion, with in-depth interviews, and the use of SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threat for the current security institutions management. At the same time use four aspect of The Balanced Scorecard, to deduc the successful management of security agencies should have the strategy and program. In this study, according to a security center cinstitution in Puli, explore qualitative research of the importance of the social welfare institutions for the elderly in modern society. And explore key factors for future success, including business philosophy, management, marketing strategy, care process and so on.
