摘要註:
「複合式養生社區」是全新的概念。若没有詳細解說，很多人無法想像或理解這個社區。因此，本研究以質性研究法中的焦點團體訪談來研究「複合式養生社區」入住意願與影響入住「複合式養生社區」之需求因子，為使訪談能順利進行，以半結構式訪談法來召開，訪談對象則挑選研究老人福祉且背景各異的研究生，希望將研究結果提供給專家、民間業者及政府單位，能在未來推廣及設立「複合式養生社區」之參考。研究結果發現「複合式養生社區」是目前最符合高齡者需求的養生社區，多數的訪談者願意入住，部份不願意入住者，則是因為個性及對機構的不了解。影響入住「複合式養生社區」之需求因子，則有專業且態度良好的照顧者、良好的環境設施與設備與專業經營管理團隊等，希望入住後能實現快樂生活且健康終老的目標。

“Multifunctional Health and Wellness Community” is a new concept to most people to imagine or understand without detail explanation. This qualitative study used a semi-structured interview method research design to investigate the occupancy willingness and the influence of demand factors to the “Multifunctional Health and Wellness Community” to focus group methodology in Taiwan. Twelve interviewees were selected from postgraduate students with Gerontechnology backgrounds. This research results will be able to provide to experts, private industry and government as reference for policies and facilitating to the “Multifunctional Health and Wellness Community”. This study found that “Multifunctional Health and Wellness Community” is the most appropriate approach to the needs of elderly health and wellness communities. Most of the interviewers are willing to stay. Only a small part of interviewers is hesitated to stay due to the personality or is not familiar with this concept. The demand factors that affect the “Multifunctional Health and Wellness Community” are as follow: the needs of the elderly, the heart and the mind, and the hope that the occupants achieve a happy and healthy life.
