摘要註:	在高齡化社會，中高齡者的終身學習、健康與照顧等各方面問題越受重視，高齡者退休後，因失去社會角色產生失落感，加諸人際互動日漸減少，而感到空虛與孤寂感，導致疏離感增加，因而突顯活躍老化、健康老化與在地老化的重要性。目前全國各鄉縝均已成立樂齡學習中心，因此鼓勵中高齡者參加樂齡學習中心持續終身學習是必要的，而中高齡者對樂齡學習中心教學品質的重視度與滿意度是值得探究之議題。本研究綜合多位學者所提出的教學品質為理論基礎，結合重要－表現程度分析法（IPA, Importance and Performance Analysis）建立研究架構，進而探討中高齡者對樂齡學習中心的教學品質之重視度與滿意度。本研究採問卷調查法，以彰化縣地區45歲以上中高齡者為研究對象，共回收有效問卷400份，以SPSS 22.0進行統計分析，並以IPA平面座標圖探討樂齡學習中心的教學品質各構面在IPA的落點象限進行分析。研究結果顯示「教學目的」構面落在第四象限區共有「D3.樂齡學習中心課程能有效改善行為與態度」、「D5.樂齡學習中心課程能促使學員對社會做出貢獻」共有2題，為中高齡者「高重視度、低滿意度」的項目，應列為優先改善的重點。本研究結果可提供相關單位提昇樂齡學習中心教學品質之參考。

This study uses A. Parasuraman、Valarie A. Zeithaml and Leonard L. Berry three scholars to put forward the PZB service quality mode.The study was based on the PZB service quality model and the important performance analysis （IPA） proposed by three scholars of Parasuraman, Zeithaml & Berry as the theoretical basis to establish the emphasis on the teaching quality of the elderly in the Senile Learning Center Satisfaction of the research structure, and then explore the elderly on the Senior Learning Center of the teaching quality of the degree of attention and satisfaction.There was taking Nantou County 45 years of age in the elderly as the object; a total of 400 questionnaires of valid samples were collected, and SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis. The teaching quality of Senior Learning Center was analyzed with IPA plane coordinate map, and the drop quadrant of the IPA is going to carried out it. The results show that the "teaching purpose" is based on the fourth quadrant「D3. Elderly Learning Center courses can effectively improve the behavior and attitude」,「D5. Elderly Learning Center courses can motivate students to contribute to society」.There are 2 questions, which should be the focus of priority improvement for the middle-aged and elderly people with high emphasis and low satisfaction. The results of this study can provide relevant units to enhance the teaching quality of Senior Learning Center.
