摘要註:	由於醫療設施健全、公共衛生及環境品質提昇，使得國人平均壽命延長，老年人口數快速增加。長期以來民眾看診易發生掛號時間長、候診時間長，且自從政府開始施行全民健保，民眾不僅對醫療服務需求增加，對醫療服務品質方面的期望與要求也愈來愈高，由於網際網路普及化，越來越多醫療院所開始使用網路掛號系統，網路世代的民眾對於網路掛號系統使用上並沒有困難，但對於如何提供中高齡者更方便、更快速的掛號系統，是各醫療院所必須重視的議題。本研究目的在探討影響中高齡者使用醫院網路掛號系統意向的因素，以整合性科技接受使用理論（Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, UTAUT），建構中高齡者使用醫院網路掛號系統意向的研究架構;以南投縣45歲以上中高齡者為研究對象，運用問卷調查法，共發放400份問卷，回收的有效樣本共384份。研究結果發現，受訪者對於醫院網路掛號系統績效預期構面達同意程度，對於易用預期、社會影響、助益條件及行為意向構面趨向同意程度。而受訪者性別、年齡、教育程度、職業、醫院網路掛號系統使用頻率對於績效預期、易用預期、社會影響及助益條件構面都有著顯著差異性;多元迴歸分析顯示：績效預期、易用預期、社會影響及助益條件均會顯著正向影響中高齡者使用醫院網路掛號系統意向，其中以社會影響最大，顯示中高齡者最易受到周遭親友、網路社群及媒體廣告的訊息，研究模式整體解釋力達66%。

People usually take too much time to the doctor,and since the government start to put the National Health Insurance in force,people not only increases to the medical service demand, but also getting higher and higher expectation on the medical service quality.As there comes the Internet ,people has changed radically due to penetration of Web usage. There are more and more medical institutions using the network registration system, people is no difficultly to use the network registration system, but how to provide more convenient, more faster network registration system is the big issue that the medical institutions has to be concerned.The purpose of this study was to explore the factors influencing the use of hospital network registration in the elderly,and it based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology （UTAUT）, which constructs the research framework of the use of hospital network registration system ; The study was taking Nantou County 45 years of age in the elderly as the object , and 400 questionnaires were collected and a total of 384 copies of valid samples were collected.The respondents' gender, age, educational level, occupation and thefrequency of use hospital network registration system has significant differences in performance expectation, ease of use expectation, social impact and favorable conditions. The Multivariate regression analysis shows that performance expectation, Easy to use expectations, social impact and helpful conditions will significantly positive impact on the elderly use the hospital network registration system intention,of which has the greatest impact is on social impact, indicating that the elderly are most vulnerable to the surrounding friends and relatives, online community and media advertising, the overall interpretation of the research model up to 66%.
