摘要註:	「三代同堂」曾經是中國社會最具特色的家庭型態，但隨著社會環境的變遷，家庭型態的結構已逐漸改變。同時伴隨著高齡化社會的到來，高齡人口數急速增加，也衝擊著家庭結構的改變與家庭成員是否願意共同居住的意向。基此，為了解高齡者及其子女三代同堂的行為意向，本研究目的以計畫行為理論（Theory of Planned Behavior, TPB）為基礎，並增加「孝道態度」構面，建構高齡者及其子女三代同堂行為意向的研究架構。本研究以南投縣65歲以上高齡者及其30歲以上之子女為研究對象，透過問卷調查方法來探討影響高齡者及其子女三代同堂行為意向的因素。研究結果發現，「三代同堂態度」、「主觀規範」、「知覺行為控制」、「孝道態度」與高齡者及其子女三代同堂行為意向皆呈現正向顯著相關。依據多元迴歸分析結果，影響高齡者及其子女三代同堂的行為意向最高者為知覺行為控制，其次為三代同堂態度；顯示高齡者及其子女三代同堂的行為意向，受個人察覺採取三代同堂行為時容易或困難程度的影響最大，即個人認知到當擁有較強的能力與較多資源採取三代同堂行為時，其三代同堂的意願越高；而對三代同堂行為所抱持的認知或評價愈高，則採取三代同堂的行為意向也愈高。「孝道態度」雖非影響高齡者及其子女三代同堂意向最重要的因素，但仍然對三代同堂行為意向有顯著的正向影響，亦增強高齡者及其子女採取三代同堂的意願。

With the changing environment, the number of older people increased rapidly, which affected the change of family structure and the willingness of family members to live together. Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior （TPB） and adding the construct of attitude of filial piety, the purpose of this study was to explore the intention of adopting three-generation family among the older people and their children in Nantou County. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation among the attitude of three-generation family, the subjective norms, the perceived behavioral control and the filial attitude. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, the highest factor to impact the intention of the three-generation family among older people and their children was perceived behavioral control, the second was the behavioral attitude. It showed that the level of easiness or difficulty of adopting three-generation family had the greatest impact on its behavior, that is, when individuals had a strong ability and more resources to take three-generation family, they had a strong willing to do that. The more value they perceived to adopt three-generation family, the higher the behavior intention. Although the attitude of filial piety was not the most important factor influencing the intention of the three-generation family, it still had a significantly positive impact on adopting the three-generation family and also promoted its intention among older people and their children.
