摘要註:	人口老化已是全球共同的趨勢，因應國際「在地老化」理念，探討銀髮族參與社區休閒活動頻率及休閒滿意度現況，妥善照顧年長者的生活品質，使老年生活得更有價值，達到成功的老化。本研究採問卷調查法，以南投縣草屯鎮之銀髮族為研究調查之母群體，以便利取樣進行問卷調查，共發放350份問卷，回收310份有效問卷，採用SPSS 22.0 Windows版做為資料分析工具，資料分析方式為描述性統計、相關係數分析進行統計資料分析。分析結果顯示：（1）草屯鎮銀髮族每周參與社區休閒活動頻率（次數）以「個人嗜好型活動」最高，以李克特（Likert）"五點"表統計，每禮拜均達「四次以上」（2）在休閒滿意度之調查方面，以李克特（Likert）"五點"表統計，量表平均分數皆超過四分，表示「非常滿意」（3）草屯鎮銀髮族參與社區休閒活動頻率與滿意度成「顯著正相關性」。因此，可運用社區活動中心，設計玩牌、園藝、郊遊踏青等，簡單有趣的休閒活動，提供適當的場所，更能讓鄰近銀髮族在不同的老化階段，享有安全、健康、舒適、便利的生活品質。

In view of the international "aging" concept, it is necessary to discuss the frequency of leisure activities and the satisfaction of leisure a in the community, so as to take care of the quality of life of the elderly and make the elderly live more valuable, To achieve a successful aging., In this study, the questionnaire survey was conducted to study the relationship between participation in leisure activities and leisure satisfaction. In order to facilitate the sampling survey, senior residents of Caotun Township, Nantou are being asked about their participation in local community activities and their satisfaction in activities.350 questionnaires were collected and 310 valid questionnaires were collected. SPSS 22.0 Windows was used as the data analysis method for descriptive statistics, correlation coefficient analysis for statistical analysis. The results show that:（1） Weekly Participating Community Leisure Activity Frequency （number of times） "Personal Hobbies" is the highest, with Likert's "five-point" table, with "more than four times per week"（2） In terms of satisfaction with leisure satisfaction, the average score of the scale was more than four points in terms of Likert's "five-point" table, indicating "very satisfied" （3） Leisure activity frequency and satisfaction into a " Significant positive correlation "Therefore, a community activity center can be a great use of simple and interesting leisure activities such as playing cards, chess, gardening or organizing picnic outings. If we can provide appropriate places for elderly, we can help them live a safe, healthy, comfortable and convenient life in different stages of aging and achieve the success of aging.
