摘要註:	國內老年人口逐漸增加，中高年齡層的海外旅遊市場亦隨之擴大，成為旅遊市場的另一重要目標市場。故本研究旨在探討中高齡者海外旅遊現況及海外旅遊動機、阻礙因素對未來三年短程旅遊參與意願及長程旅遊參與意願之相關情形。選取居住南投市地區50歲以上中高齡者進行問卷調查，得到有效樣本數316份，採用SPSS 22.0 Windows版做為資料分析工具，資料分析方式為描述性統計、單因子變異數分析進行統計資料分析。研究結果如下：（1）中高齡者最近五年曾經參與海外旅遊者高達61.1%，未來三年短程旅遊參與意願為69.3%，長程旅遊參與意願為37.6%，未來三年短程旅遊參與意願高於長程旅遊參與意願，且過去的旅遊經驗會影響到未來的參與意願；（2）經分析各出國旅遊動機變項後，中高齡者旅遊動機分成四類，依影響程度依序為「文化體驗與學習」、「人際互動」、「紓壓享受」與「自我實現」（3）經分析各阻礙變項後，中高齡者旅遊阻礙因素分成三類，依影響程度依序為「外在環境阻礙」、「工作及家庭阻礙」與「個人內在阻礙」。研究結果期能提供國內旅遊相關業者、政府與學界實務或學術上之建議，俾有效提升中高齡者海外旅遊實際參與程度。

A survey administered to individuals over the age of 50 years and living in Nantou City obtained 316 valid resp.The SPSS 22.0 Windows version was used the data analysis tools, data analysis methods for descriptive statistics, single factor analysis of variability analysis of statistical data. The results are listed as follows:（1）61.1% of the elderly have been abroad during these five years. The percentage of the elderly’s intention for a short-distance travel within three years is 69.3%; the percent age of the elderly’s intention for a long-distance travel is 37.6%. The travel intention for a short-distance travel is higher than for a long-distance one. Besides, the past travel experience of the elderly’s affects their future travel intention.（2）The factor analysis of the travel motivation variables According to the influential level on travel motivation, the factors of the elderly’s travel motivation is categorized into four aspects: “cultural experience and learning”, “human interaction”, “resting and relaxation” and “self-realization.” （3）The factor analysis of the leisure constraints variable According to the influential level on leisure constraints, the factors of the Elderly’s leisure constraints divided into three categories: “constraints of external environment”, “career or family constraints” and “interpersonal constraints” according to their influential level.The study hopes to provide practical recommendations for domestic travel-related industries, the government, and academia to improve participation in overseas travel among older age groups.
