摘要註:	人口老化已經是世界性的議題，我國預估將於2018年邁入高齡社會，青壯年人口對社會經濟支持之負擔加重，以我國人口結構變化來看青壯年人口照護老年人口的比例將會越來越重。本研究旨在研究探討高中職生參與志工服務社團對價值觀與對老年人態度之影響，青少年是我國未來的主要人力資源，其對老年人的態度將影響未來老年人照護的意願。本研究問卷依Ajzen計畫行為理論發展出參與動機、價值觀及對老年人態度三大構面，研究從模糊理論觀點，採模糊語意量表的設計與量化來實施分析，對象是南投地區高中職參與志工服務社團學生，共發放500份問卷，有效問卷423份，研究發現：（1）參與動機與意願構面在參與動機有顯著差異，學生參與服務性社團的主要動機為幫助別人（2）性別背景變項在參與意願有顯著差異，參與服務性社團意願女性同學較男性同學意願為高（3）參與動機與意願構面在參與志工服務種類與參與時間有顯著差異，結果顯示透過學校社團或服務學習活動可提升學生參與意願（4）不同背景變項在服務助人及自我認同價值觀構面有顯著差異，其中以家庭型態為單親家庭及個人課業的重視度為非常不重視最為顯著（5）不同背景變項在對老年人態度認知、情感及意向因素均有顯著差異，其中以家庭型態為隔代家庭最為顯著。本研究結果建議學校單位可藉由成立學校服務性社團及辦理服務學習方式增加學生參與志工服務之管道，可有效提升學生參與志工服務意願，並透過活動體驗過程，期使青少年能建立正確老化知識、培養正向對老年人的態度、促進服務老年人意願。

Taiwan is expected to enter the aging society in 2018. The burden of young and middle-aged population on socio-economic support is increasing. With regard to the changes of population structure in Taiwan, the proportion of young people in the elderly population will be heavier and heavier.The aim of this study is to explore the impact of high school students' participation in volunteer service groups on life values and attitudes towards the elderly. Since teenagers are the main human resource of our country in the future, their attitudes toward the elderly will affect their willingness to elderly care. Based on Ajzen’s theory of planned behavior, three dimensions of the questionnaire are designed: motivations, personal values, and attitudes toward the elderly. Fuzzy theory, fuzzy linguistic scale and quantitative analysis are used in the current study. The participants were senior high school students that have joined voluteering service club in Nantou. Five hundred copies of questionnaire were sent out and 423 valid copies were returned. The findings showed that: （1） there were significant differences on motivation and intention. The main intention for the students to join volunteer service club is to help others; （2） Gender indicated statistical significance in terms of motivation （girls have higher motivation than boys）; （3）Types of volunteer service and participating time showed significance in terms of motivation and intention. Results demonstrated that the intention could be enhanced through school clubs or service learning activities. （4）Different backgrounds indicated differences regarding helping others and self-identity. Thus, single parenting family and people who value less on lessons have positive effect. （5）Different backgrounds showed differences in terms of attitudes toward the elderly, affections and intention. Grandparent as parent family displayed a great effect.The current study suggests educational insititutes establish service clubs and conduct service learning activities for students to participate. Through these activities, students can be better motivated, which help them build aging knowledge, develop positive attitudes toward the elderly and promote intentions of serving the elderly.
