摘要註:	隨著全球化、都市化時代來臨，人口往都市集中，農村人口大量外移，致使農村高齡化，所以台灣同樣也陷入農業發展困境，大多數的農地皆棄耕多年，為改善農村生活條件，促進永續發展、使年輕人口回鄉就業，2010年立法院正式三讀通過行政院農業委員會提出的「農村再生條例」，鼓勵社區參與農村再生計畫，由居民自主討論社區需求，配合政府政策共同提升在地生活品質與就業機會。台中市和平區松鶴社區農村再生計畫執行已經步入了第6年，本研究主要探討台灣農村再生計畫在社區中的執行成效，並評估目前社區生活品質滿意度與社區參與度之相關性。透過問卷資料蒐集，進行實證分析與討論，研究假設之檢測，藉由本研究所得到的結果，對農村再生計畫或社區營造工作提出相關建議。本研究在台中市和平區松鶴部問卷發放問卷250份，回收242份而有效問卷235份。本文運用描述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析及Pearson積差相關等統計方法進行分析。研究發現居民社區角色不同及有無參與社區再造計畫經驗對生活品質滿意度有顯著之差異，居民社區角色不同及有無參與社區再造計畫經驗對社區參與度有顯著之差異，社區生活品質滿意度與社區參與度具有中度相關性。最後，本研究提出農村再生的落實成效與反思，並針對於政策實施、成效驗收與監督提出相關建議，及對於社區未來發展提出「爭取各類社區福利與資源、加強社區環境改善、增加社區公共資源與培育社區人力資源」等建議。期待農村再生與社區再造之後，能夠全面性提升社區生活品質，增加社區居民參與度與增加政策實施效率，使台灣農村能改頭換面。
