摘要註:	隨著醫療與社會的進步，台灣老年人口逐年增加，民國107年65歲以上人口比率已超過14%，達到「高齡社會」。隨著台灣高齡社會來臨，中高齡者基於愛美的天性，希望逆齡回春而做醫學美容。台灣超過8成的女性均接受過微整型，顯見醫美產業正蓬勃發展。本研究為瞭解民眾選擇醫學美容考量因素，利用文獻探討及腦力激盪法，並以層級分析法（Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP），建立選擇醫美診所的考量因素架構。本研究以南投縣45歲以上之中高齡者為研究對象，共回收有效問卷100份，運用Expert Choice 軟體進行分析。研究結果發現，中高齡者選擇醫美診所考量因素依權重大小依序為服務品質0.37排序第一、環境設備0.26排序第二、及診所形象0.21排序第三、價格因素0.16排序第四。在四大考量因素中，可以了解受訪者對於選擇醫美診所考量因素以服務品質為首要選擇。從中高齡者選擇醫美診所考量因素整層級十二項指標為研究對象，分析整理顯示：前五大因素為醫療設備完善14%排序第一、診所口碑11.8%排序第二、專業能力11.4%排序第三、專業態度9.9%排序第四、醫生知名度9.2%排序第五，顯示受訪者在第一層構面最重視服務品質和環境設備，第二層構面最重視醫療設備完善和診所口碑，建議醫美業者優先提升服務品質和改善環境設備，並打造及維持良好診所口碑為首要之務。

People aged above 65 has surpassed 14 % of the population, thus reaching the Aged Society in 2018. With the advent of Aged Society in Taiwan, the elderly based on the in-stinct of beauty care, and thus hoped to do medical cosmetology to bring about their own rejuvenation. There are more than 80% of Taiwanese women have underwent micro-shaping, and it shows that the medi-cal-beauty industry is thriving. To understand the decisive factors which will be taken into consideration when people choose medical cosmetology, this research take advantage of document analysis and brainstorming. After gathering needed information, we established a framework of decisive factors of choosing medical clinic in an analytic hierarchy process.The thesis took people who aged above 45 as main objects of research, and got 100 questionnaires back. After that, we analyzed these question-naires through the Expert Choice software. The results showcased that middle-aged and elderly people choose medical clinics over different fac-tors. The quality of service ranked first as 0.37, followed by the facilities ranked second as 0.26, the image of the medical clinics ranked third as 0.21 in, and the price ranked fourth as 0.16 in weights respectively. Among the four major considerations, we can conclude that the primary consideration of the choice of medical clinics is the quality of service. Choosing the 12 indicators of the whole level which the elderly choose medical cosmetology clinics as the research objects, we analyzed and gen-eralized the top 5 indicators: the completion of medical facilities accounting for 14%, the reputation of the clinics accounting for 11.8%, professional abilities accounting for 11.4%, active attitude accounting for 9.9%, the reputation of doctors accounting of 9.2%, in sequence. The consequences above showcased that the interviewees, on the first level, put an emphasis on the quality of service and the facilities, and on the second level, they paid their attention on the completion of medical facilities and the reputa-tion. Based on the research, we suggested that the medical cosmetology industry prioritize on enhance the quality of service and improve the facil-ities. Then make it the primary mission to create and maintain a renowned reputation of the clinics.
