摘要註:	目前台灣人口因高齡化與醫療環境進步，使得人民平均餘命不斷延長，老年人的安養問題已是不可忽視的重要課題。依內政部統計發現老年人與子女同住的比例不斷下降，家庭照顧功能式微，照護機構需求勢必增加，為探究中高齡者選擇安養機構之考量因素。本研究目的以層級分析法建立安養機構選擇方式之評估模式，做為未來中高齡者選擇安養機構的參考準則。本研究之研究設計採用腦力激盪法，透過相關文獻探討和蒐集彙整，建立醫療服務、醫療設備、環境設施與服務品質等四大構面計16項因素。經過兩兩比較權重分析結果顯示中高齡選擇安養機構之考量因素，在四大構面中發現中高齡者選擇安養機構最重視的是醫療服務。在醫療設備構面之考量因素相對重要性：依權重大小依序為急救配備、緊急呼叫系統、復健設備；在醫療服務構面之考量因素相對重要性：依權重大小依序為巡診醫師、特約醫院；環境設施構面之考量因素相對重要性：依權重大小依序為消防設備、緊急發電設備、採光照明、無障礙空間、公共設備、停車場；服務品質構面之考量因素相對重要性：依權重大小依序為照護品質、工作人員的服務態度、膳食服務、收費、定期辦理活動。分析結果也顯示在各構面一致性比率≦0.1，表示受訪者在判斷上具有一致性。

The issue of nursing for the elderly has become an important one that cannot be ignored. According to the statistics of the Ministry of the Interior, the proportion of elderly people living with their children has been declining. The function of family care is declining and the demand for care institutions is bound to increase. This is a consideration for the middle-aged and elderly people to choose a senior nursing institutions. The purpose of this study is to establish an assessment model for the choices of a senior nursing institutions by using a hierarchical analysis method and to serve as a reference for the middle age and elderly people in the future. The research design of this study adopts brainstorming method, and collects relevant documents of the literature review, and establishes 16 major factors of the four perspectives such as medical service, medical equipment, environmental facilities and service quality. After comparing the weights of the two, the results show that to the middle-aged and elderly people, among the four major facets, medical service is the top priority of choosing senior nursing institutions. The study also shows that first, about the relative importance of considerations in the aspect of the medical equipment facet: the sizes of the weights in order are as follows: emergency equipment, emergency call system, rehabilitation equipment, and second, the relative importance of the considerations in the medical service facet: the sizes of the weights in order are as follows: the physicians, special hospitals; third, the relative importance of the considerations in the environmental facilities facet: the size of the weights in order are as follows: the fire safety equipment, emergency power generation equipment, daylighting lighting, barrier-free space, public facilities, and parking lots; finally, the relative importance of considerations of service quality aspects: the size of the weights in order are as follows: the quality of care, service attitude of the staff, meal service, charging, and regular handling of activities. The analysis results also show that the consistency ratio of each facet is ≦0.1, and indicate that the respondents have consistency in their judgments.
