自宅改建友善居家環境通用設計探討

摘要註:	臺灣由傳統農業社會轉型工業社會並帶動整體經濟發展，而經濟體系的轉變及高學歷的普及性，逐漸影響我國婦女的生育意願，也因生育率下降，老年人口逐漸攀升，造成人口減少速度逐漸變快，進入超高齡社會將是不可避免之趨勢。基於現今房價過高及社會互利的情形，仍有部分成年子女與父母同住，為支持高齡者年後生活的自立及尊嚴及個別居住空間，透過室內設計改善自宅環境，真正落實「自宅老化（Aging in House）」。本研究以文獻回顧探討法，依據通用設計7項原則：「公平使用」、「彈性使用」、「簡單易懂」、「明顯資訊」、「容許錯誤」、「節省體力」、「適當的尺寸及空間供使用」等特性，規劃一個符合三代同堂及高齡生活者使用之居家友善環境住宅。透過室內空間規劃設計概念與理論相互整合運用發現將高齡者的居住空間及其他家人主要活動建置在地面層，不但凝聚親情外，同時也方便高齡者出入，即便不增設家用電梯，也不影響其生活，期望本研究之成果，能提供給未來將進行自宅改建或興建通用住宅者有所參考或幫助。

This study is based on the 7 principles of general design : "Fair use"," Flexible use ","Easy to understand "," Clear information "," Allow error "," Energy saving "," Appropriate size and space for use " ,the planning of a three-generationand elderly living with theuse of home friendly environment housing.Use the integrati on of the concept and theory of interior space planningand design, it is found that the main activities of the elderly living space and other family are built on the ground floor, not only to gather affection, but also to facilitate the access of the elderly, even if no house hold elevators, also does not affect the life of this study, It can provide reference or help to those who will rebuild a house in the future.
