台灣已進入高齡社會,讓新生代具備老化的知識與概念,使社會充滿老少共融的氛圍,進而讓每個個體都能健康老化、正向老化及活躍老化,是現今社會亟需努力的目標。老化知識須從小扎根,藉由教育的力量,讓國小學童在學校教育中習得老化的概念,培養敬老、尊老的態度,並建立成功老化的觀念。本研究採用行動研究法、參與式觀察法、問卷調查法及焦點團體訪談法,主旨在編纂適合國民小學低年級之生理老化認知教育教材,以強化其對生理老化的認知。首先蒐集生理老化教育相關資料,歸納統整後編修出適用於國民小學低年級的初步生理老化認知教育教材,再以南投縣某國小低年級學童為研究對象,實施生理老化教育學習前測問卷,並透過體驗教材、討論教學及學習後問卷,評估學生實施生理老化教育的教學成效。最後再透過讀者意見回饋問卷,由讀者親自體驗教材後之意見回饋,編修出適用於國民小學低年級的生理老化認知教育教材。研究結果歸納如下:(1)國小學童對視覺、聽覺、肌肉及骨骼等老化現象較易了解,但不清楚相關症狀及預防保健方法。腦部老化知識對於國小低年級學童而言較為艱澀,在教學上需多加說明引導;(2)國小老化課程貧乏,老化教育教材對學童建立老化概念具助益性;(3)國小低年級學童閱讀能力尚在啟蒙階段,教材中的插圖可有效輔助學童學習;(4)實施老化教育課程後,國小學童會針對有興趣的主題繼續討論學習。經由本研究之整理歸納後,提出以下兩點建議:(1)建議政府建置老化教育課程資源網,提供教師授課查詢使用;(2)建議政府應將老化教育議題融入領域課程中教學。

Taiwan has entered a aged society. To enable the new generation to have ageing knowledge and concepts, so that the society is full of young and old communicative atmosphere, and then each individual can be healthy aging, positive aging and active aging, is the goal of the current society needs much effort. Knowledge of aging must be rooted in childhood. Through the power of education, the primary school children in the country have learned the concept of aging in school education, cultivated an attitude of honoring the elderly and respecting the elderly, and established the concept of successful aging. This study uses action research, participatory observation, questionnaire survey, and focusing group interviewing. The main purpose is to compile textbooks on cognitive education for ageing that are suitable for the grade one and grade two of the primary school in order to strengthen their understanding of physical aging. Firstly, collect relevant information on physical aging education, summarize and revise the preliminary cognitive aging education teaching materials applicable to the lower grades of primary schools. In addition, a primary school student in Nantou County was selected as the research object and a preschool measurement questionnaire for physical aging education was implemented. And through the experience of teaching materials, discussion of teaching and post-study questionnaires, we assessed the effectiveness of teaching students performing physical aging education. Finally, through feedback from readers' comments, the readers personally experienced the feedback from the teaching materials and edited the physical aging cognitive education textbooks applicable to the lower grades of the primary school. The results of the study are summarized as follows:(1) Primary school children are more likely to understand aging, such as vision, hearing, muscles, and bones, but are not aware of related symptoms and preventive health care methods. The knowledge of brain aging is more difficult for primary school students;(2) The ageing curriculum for the primary school is poor, and the ageing education textbooks are useful for building the concept of aging in schoolchildren; (3) The reading ability of primary school children is still in the stage of enlightenment. The illustrations in the textbooks can effectively assist students in learning;(4) After the implementation of the aging education course, the primary school children’s association will continue to discuss learning on topics of interest. After summarizing this study, the following two suggestions are proposed: (1) It is suggested that the government build an ageing education curriculum resource website to provide teachers with instruction to use; (2) It is suggested that the government should incorporate ageing education topics into teaching in the field curriculum.
