摘要註:	本研究係在探討汽車檢驗要如何符合台灣車輛管理制度，車輛檢驗制度及檢驗教育訓練與汽車檢驗職能層面研究分析。汽車檢驗員是公路監理機關執行汽車檢驗的重要工作人員，目前汽車檢驗台數量比以往量大，汽車科技也日新精進，汽車檢驗員要如何符合現行汽車檢驗制度及檢驗教育訓練與職能配合，如何才能給民眾有最好汽車檢驗服務，又可使汽車安全可以得到最好保障。汽車檢驗員教育訓練及檢驗員是否具有專業能力，是值得來研究課題。汽車檢驗員要如何符合實際需求及做出最貼切服務，讓民眾在行車安全上得到最佳保障。要如何培訓汽車檢驗員教育訓練在職能上，具有專業在職能力，本論文即是從汽車檢驗管理、制度檢驗教育訓練及職能，探討汽車檢驗現況和檢討謀求未來改進方法。本研究經由文獻探討和專家意見、學者訪察，彙整台灣地區全國監理站、所及代檢廠實務之專家會議後，並修正問卷調查表評估指標，問卷包含上課內容、職場技能、回訓機制共40則細項。從研究中發現在訓練單位課程職能配合檢驗員實際工作層面上現場檢驗人員認為上課後與實務相較不同，因此認為實務或業務層面上無法實際應用。

The vehicle inspector is an important staff member of the highway supervision organization to carry out automobile inspection. At present, the number of vehicle inspection stations is larger than before, and the automobile technology is also becoming more sophisticated. How should the automobile inspectors comply with the current vehicle inspection system and the inspection education and training functions? How can we give the people the most vehicle inspection service, and the safety of the vehicle can be best guaranteed? It is worthwhile to study the education of car inspectors and whether the inspectors have professional competence. How do car inspectors meet the actual needs and make the most appropriate service to ensure the best safety for the public and the car. How to train car inspector education and professional on-the-job ability, this paper is from vehicle inspection management, system inspection education training and functions, to explore the current situation of vehicle inspection and review for future improvement methods.
