Summary:	本研究旨在探討銀髮族休閒態度、休閒參與動機與身心健康之實證研究。本研究採用問卷調查法，研究對象以台灣中部地區銀髮族予以進行立意抽樣，研究工具為「休閒態度、休閒參與動機與身心健康問卷」，內容包含：基本資料、休閒態度量表、休閒參與動機量表、身心健康量表等肆部分。共發放問卷210份，回收208份，其中有效問卷205份，有效問卷率達97.62％。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、典型相關分析與多元逐步迴歸進行資料分析，結果得知：不同年齡的銀髮族在休閒態度「認知層面」及「情感層面」有顯著差異；銀髮族的性別、年齡、居住安排及每週運動時間數在休閒參與動機達顯著差異；銀髮族的性別、居住安排、每週運動時數及每月支配所得在身心健康達顯著差異；銀髮族的休閒態度與休閒參與動機之間有典型正相關存在，研究結果，顯示銀髮族休閒態度愈好，則更容易產生較高的休閒參與動機；休閒態度與休閒參與動機可以有效預測身心健康。

In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted, and the subjects of this study were the elder people in central Taiwan. The research tool is "leisure attitude, leisure participation motivation and physical and mental health questionnaire", which includes basic information, leisure attitude scale, leisure participation motivation scale, physical and mental health scale and so on. A total of 210 questionnaires were sent out and 208 were recovered, and 205 valid questionnaires were obtained, the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 97.62%. The results were analyzed by descriptive statistics, single-sample t-test, one way ANOVA, canonical correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results showed that there were significant differences in the "cognitive" and "emotional" levels of leisure attitude among the different ages of elder people. The gender, age, living ar-rangement and the number of weekly exercise time of the elder people were significantly different in the leisure participation motivation. The gender, living arrangements, weekly exercise hours and weekly exercise time of the elder people are significantly different in physical and mental health. There is a typical positive correlation between leisure attitude and leisure participation motivation of elder people. The results show that the better the leisure attitude of elder people, the higher the motivation of leisure participation. Leisure attitude and leisure participation motivation can effectively predict physical and mental health.
