概要:	重機械隨著國家經濟的發展，現被廣泛地運用在建設、工程、採礦及農業中，而挖土機、推土機、壓路機、裝土機、鏟裝機等重機械，任何機件的性能都會隨著操作時間及操作方法而造成機件損耗；例如生鏽、氧化、破損、磨損、堵塞或龜裂等因素。為使得能順利執行各項建設、工程，如何妥善維持這些重機械裝備，將成為值得重視與探討的課題內容。研究結果表示維護是重機械裝備是否能順利工作的保障，重機械修護保養的好壞，直接影響操作機械裝備的安全因素，相關的保養維護與檢修，必須仰賴高專業知識與技術。探討重機械裝備之日常零件檢查、保養與狀態的檢測維修方法，如何運用監測維修系統，可使總維護費用減少，維護時間的間距增加。因此，利用有效保養計畫、熟練修護術與高專業知識的維修人員，可對提昇工作效率有相對性的影響。

In order to enable the smooth operation of various construction and projects, how to properly maintain these heavy machinery and equipment will become a subject worthy of attention and discussion.The research results show that maintenance is the guarantee of whether heavy machinery and equipment can work smoothly. The quality of heavy machinery maintenance directly affects the safety factors of operating machinery and equipment, and the related maintenance and maintenance must rely on high professional knowledge and technology. This paper discusses the inspection and maintenance methods of daily parts, maintenance and condition of heavy machinery equipment. How to use the monitoring and maintenance system can reduce the total maintenance cost and increase the distance time between maintenance. Therefore, the use of effective maintenance plans, skilled repair skills and high professional knowledge of maintenance personnel, can have a relative impact on the improvement of work efficiency.
