Summary:	對於身心障礙者如何選擇合適的義肢以及後續維修保養，以改善身心障礙者的活動能力，並持續與社會保持連結，有助提升其生活品質。本研究目的係探討身心障礙者選擇義肢的考量因素，以層級分析法（Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP）、文獻探討及腦力激盪法，建構關鍵因素層級架構表，以瞭解各項因素的重要性程度，提供身心障者在選購義肢的參考依據。本研究以45-70歲以上身心障礙人士之為研究對象，共回收有效問卷30份，運用Expert Choice軟體進行重要性分析。研究結果顯示身障者在選擇義肢考量因素，第一層構面依權重大小依序為:排序1價格因素為最重要，排序2服務因素，排序3產品因素。在三大構面考量因素中，可以了解受訪者對於選擇義肢考量因素以價格因素為首要選擇。產品因素構面重要性依序為保養維修價格、產品價格、舒適性、保固期限、售後服務、操控性、服務人員專業能力、使用年限、服務人員態度、配備、品牌、外觀造型、服務據點、衛教教學、材質。從層級架構表十五項指標中權重總排序前五項為保養維修價格、產品價格、舒適性、保固期限、售後服務，顯示身心障礙者對於購買義肢時最重視保養維修價格、產品價格、舒適性、保固期限方面的考量，建議廠商應降低保養維修價格與產品價格，後續追蹤消費者的義肢使用狀況。

By using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), literature review, and brain storming, this study constructed the framework table of the key factors to explore the importance of each factor and provide references of choosing prosthetic limbs for the disabled people.The participants in this study were disabled people during 45-70 years old. By using Expert Choice software, this study conducted importance analysis with 30 valid questionnaires. The results reveal the consideration factors of the disabled people when choosing prosthetic limbs. According to the weighting in the first level, the most important factor is price (ranking 1), followed by service (ranking 2), and products (ranking 3).Among these three factors, it can be noted that main consideration for disabled people to purchase their prosthetic limbs is based on price factor. As to service and product, the maintenance/repair fee, product price, user experience, warranty period, after-sales services, controllability, sales knowledge/ professionalism, service life, sales attitude/friendliness, equipped/spare parts, brand awareness, outward appearance, service location, user training and product materials are emphasized, arranged in order of priority, when disabled people making their decision to purchase prosthetic limbs. This shows that disabled people are more concern and pay the most attention to the maintenance/repair fee, product price, user experience and warranty period when purchasing prosthetic limbs. Therefore, it is recommended that manufacturers to reduce their maintenance/repair fee and product prices as well as to follow up on the user experience and provide a justifiable warranty period for their customers.
