隨著醫療與社會的進步，台灣人口老化速度全球第一，老人的生活需求已是不可忽視的重要課題，智榮基金會龍吟研論於2017年展開樂樂活大家講-未來長者生活大調查，以瞭解長者對未來生活需求-痛點-解法的行為意向，作為未來企業打造樂活友善環境之參考，本研究以龍吟研論公開的次級資料，篩選六都民眾資料進行分析以瞭解民眾未來對生活需求、痛點及解法差異，研究結果發現：（1）六都全體受訪者最關心的生活需求前兩名為「自己打理生活」、「吃得營養健康」；（2）在自己打理生活痛點前兩名是「老擔心忘記關火、關瓦斯，就怕發生意外」、「年紀大手腳不俐落，要爬高、出力的家事做不來」；（3）在吃得營養健康痛點前兩名是「蔬果看不出有沒有農藥污染，吃的不安心」、「一兩個人吃只能簡單煮，很難營養均衡」；（4）在自己打理生活最喜歡的解法是「可以遠端關閉爐火」、「紀錄工具有紀錄提醒功能」「定時自動關閉爐火」及「簡易居家修繕服務」；（5）在吃得營養健康最喜歡的解法是「有便宜的有機蔬果」、「身體偵測提醒缺少的營養素」、「營養師諮詢個人專屬的食譜」及「可靠的農產品安心標章」，分析結果可提供政府及產業規劃適合的相關政策及創新產品服務，以符合未來民眾的生活需求。

With the advancement of medical care and society, Taiwan's population ageing is the fastest in the world, and the needs of the elderly are an important issue that cannot be ignored, Zhirong Foundation Longyin Research started in 2017 - the future elderly Life survey, To understand the elderly future life needs-pain points-behavioral intention of solution, as a reference for future companies to create a friendly environment, this study usesd the secondary data published by Longyin to screen the six cities people's data for analysis. Understand the differences in people's needs, pain points and solutions in the future. The results of the study found that: (1)The top two most concerned about the needs of life all the respondents in six cities people's are take care for yourself and eating nutrition and health. (2)The top two pain points of take care for yourself are worry about forgetting to turn off the heat and turn off the gas, afraid of accidents, The old age is not degraded, and it is necessary to climb high and can not the housework. (3)The top two of the nutritious and healthy pain points are: "The fruits and vegetables do not see any pesticide pollution, and the food is not safe. " "One or two people can only cook easily, it is difficult to balance the nutrition"; (4) the favorite solution for taking care of yourself is turn off the fire remotely, "recording tool has reminder function", "timely automatic shutdown of the fire" and "simple home repair service"; (5) the favorite solution for eating nutritious health is "there are cheap organic fruits and vegetables", "Body detection reminds the lack of nutrients", "Nutritionists consult individual recipes" and "Reliable agricultural product safety stamps". The analysis results can provide relevant policies and innovations suitable for government and industrial planning. Product services to meet the needs of future people's lives.
