高齡者對中部某區醫院服務品質重視度與滿意度之研究

摘要註:	臺灣已於2018年邁入高齡社會，高齡者的住院需求也隨之擴大，是高齡醫療未來醫院營收中的重要區塊。醫院管理階層應透過了解高齡族群對住院服務品質重視度與滿意度以及其住院需求，藉以提供高齡者最好的住院服務。本研究以Parasuraman，Zeithaml & Berry三位學者所提出的「PZB服務品質模式」作為理論基礎建立研究架構，並以重要－表現程度分析法（IPA）進行分析，探討高齡者對中部某地區醫院服務品質之重視度與滿意度差異。本研究採問卷調查法，以該醫院65歲以上住院高齡者為研究對象，共回收有效問卷100份，以SPSS 22.0進行統計分析，並以IPA平面座標圖探討中部某地區醫院服務品質各構面在IPA的落點象限進行分析。研究結果顯示「有形性」、「可靠性」、「反應性」、「保證性」、「關懷性」五構面，落在「高重視度、低滿意度」第四象限區的題項計有「本院院內指引動線安排清楚」、「本院聯外交通運輸便利」、「本院針對高齡病患需求提供個別醫療服務」、「本院提供病患暢通的申訴管道」、「本院工作人員具服務熱忱」、「本院提供儀器及設備齊全」等6題，為醫院優先改善的項目，本研究結論可作為醫院加強改善服務品質與規劃之參考。

This study adopts the questionnaire survey method, taking the elderly in the middle area over 65 years old as the research object, and recovering 100 valid questionnaires, using SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis, and using IPA plane coordinate map to explore the service quality of each district in the central region. Analyze in the landing quadrant of IPA. The results of the study show that the five dimensions of "tangible", "reliability", "reactivity", "guarantee" and "care" are in the fourth quadrant. "The arrangement of the guidelines in the hospital is clear. Easy transportation outside the hospital", "The hospital provides individual medical services for the needs of elderly patients", "The Court provides a complaint channel for patients with smooth flow", "The staff of the hospital has a service enthusiasm", "The hospital provides equipment and The "completely equipped" 6 questions are the items of "high attention and low satisfaction" for the elderly, which can be used as a reference for the hospital to strengthen the service quality and planning.
