農業縣市民眾未來生活需求之探討

摘要註:	2018，台灣正式進入高齡社會。隨著經濟結構改變，農業縣市青壯年人口外移，人口老年化情形嚴重。行政院主計處104年統計農村65歲以上人口達22.95%，農村老人生活需求更需關切。智榮基金會龍吟研論於106年8至10月期間以全台20至106歲民眾進行「樂樂活大家講-未來長者生活需求大調查」，以了解台灣長者的需求與痛點，近7萬筆大數據原始資料全數公開，供各界加值應用。本研究以此開放次級資料，篩選五大農業縣市民眾以描述性統計及比較平均數法等進行分析，研究目的在探討五大農業縣市民眾未來生活需求、煩惱及喜歡的解決方法，研究結果發現：（1）五大農業縣市「全體受訪者」、「不同性別」、「不同年齡層」最重視的生活需求前二名為「自己打理生活」及「吃得營養健康」。（2）在「自己打理生活」感到最煩惱為「老擔心忘記關火、關瓦斯，就怕發生意外」。在「吃得營養健康」感到最煩惱前二名為「蔬果看不出有沒有農藥污染，吃得不安心」及「不知道怎麼吃才夠營養，又不會過量」。（3）在「自己打理生活」煩惱喜歡的解決方法為家電、冷氣、爐火自動偵測與關閉；紀錄工具方便使用及簡易居家修繕服務有很高的喜歡程度。（4）在「吃得營養健康」煩惱喜歡的解決方法為便宜的有機蔬果、身體偵測提醒缺少的營養素、社區開設共食餐廳、營養師諮詢個人專屬的食譜及適合長輩的專用食譜有較高的喜歡程度。建議產業界創新、研發相關智慧科技產品與服務模式，政府制訂完善福利政策，建置友善生活環境，實現安居生活目標。

With the change of economic structure, the population of young and middle-aged people in agricultural counties and cities has moved outwards, and the population is old. In the 104 years of the Chief Executive's Office of the Executive Yuan, the population aged 65 and over in rural areas reached 22.95%. The needs of rural elderly need to be more concerned. In the period from August to October of 2017, the Zhirong Foundation's Longyan Research Institute conducted a survey on the needs of the elderly in the country for the elderly in the 20-106 age group to understand the needs and pain points of the elderly in Taiwan. Nearly 70,000 pieces of big data original data are all open for value-added applications. This study uses this open secondary data to screen the data of the five major agricultural counties and cities for research purposes. The purpose of the study is to explore the future life needs, troubles and favorite solutions of the five major agricultural counties and cities. The study found that: （1）The top five students in the five major agricultural counties, "all respondents", "different genders", and "different age groups" The top two requirements for living are "to take care of your own life" and to "eat healthy nutrition." （2）I feel the most troublesome in "taking care of my own life" as "I am worried that I will forget to turn off the fire and shut down the gas. I am afraid of sending out An accident." In the "difficult to eat nutritious", I felt the most troublesome. The first two were "the fruits and vegetables did not show any pesticide contamination, and they were not safe to eat" and "I don't know how to eat enough to be nutritious, and not excessive." （3）The solution to the trouble of "taking care of your own life" is automatic detection of home appliances, air-conditioning, and fire.And off; the convenience of the record tool and the simple home repair service have a high degree of like. （4）The solution to the problem of "eat healthy nutrition" is cheap organic fruits and vegetables, body detection Remind the lack of nutrients, the community to open a restaurant, the dietitian to consult the individual recipes, Special recipes for elders have a higher level of preference.It is recommended that the industry should innovate and develop relevant smart technology products and service models. The government formulates and improves welfare policies, builds a friendly living environment, and achieves the goal of living in peace.
