摘要註:	2018年底，我國高齡人口占全國總人口數14.56%，為一高齡社會（Aged Society），居亞洲第三，醫藥科技的進步及完善的健保制度，使得老年人口急劇增加，需要照顧的高齡長輩愈來愈多，雪崩式的少子化加劇專業照護人力的嚴重不足，造成主要照顧者沉重負荷。如果能透過「時間銀行」制度，年輕時幫助照顧老人，服務儲存時數，將來年老時即可提領時數獲得別人照顧。為瞭解社福系所的學生參與時間銀行的行為涉入意向，本研究對象為南開科技大學福祉系學生，並以社會認知理論及涉入理論彙編問卷指標量表，透過問卷調查方法來探討影響學生參與時間銀行服務的認知與涉入意向。研究結果得知學生參與志工服務以一年以下及無志工經驗的人數佔80.4%，顯示學生於就學時間可能較專注於課業上，參與志工服務時間比較少；學生對社會認知及涉入意向現況皆呈現中上程度；不同背景變項在「年級」與「志工服務年資」對參與時間銀行服務的社會認知及涉入意向有顯著差異，其構面彼此之間呈現顯著的中度及高度正相關。建議學校透過課程宣傳時間銀行理念，鼓勵更多學生參與，政府應研擬一套簡化且可行的作業機制，藉由年輕世代的參與，發掘社區無形力量，轉化為社區資產，讓多元時間銀行機制及社會資源相互串連，完善長照制度。

It is an aged society, ranking third in Asia. The progress of medical technology and a perfect health insurance system cause rapid growing of elderly population.There are more and more elders who need to take care of them, the avalanche-like Lower Birth Rate intensify the shortage of professional nursing staff, causing heavy load on the main caregivers. If we can help the elderly when we are young through the "Time Banking" system to store the hours. In our old age, we can withdraw the hours to get someone’s care. The purpose of this study is to understand the students in Dept. of GTSM, NKUT to participate in the time bank, develop their professional. Further, do the cognition of saving time and intention for our old age. Using social cognition and involvement theory to compile the questionnaire. The results of the study showed that 80.4% of the students who participated in volunteer service for less than one year and no volunteer experience. It indicated that students may be focused on their academic activities and less time to participate the volunteer service. The current social cognition and involvement of the students are all above average. There are significant differences in social cognition and involvement intentions among grade and seniority of volunteer service with different background. The facet showed a significant moderate and highly positive correlation with each other. It is recommended that schools promote the concept of time banking through the curriculum to encourage more students to participate in it. The Government should develop a simplified and feasible operating mechanism through the participation of young generations. Discover the invisible power of the community and transform it into community assets in order to connect the multiple time banking mechanisms and social resources to improve the long exposure system.
