摘要註:	高齡社會的來臨，有些長者積極活躍，有些則消極悲觀，靜待死亡的到來。高齡者看待生命與死亡的觀點是否會因為宗教信仰而趨向積極正向呢？本研究旨在探討基督教信仰之高齡者對生命意義之觀感與面對死亡之態度。本研究採用問卷調查法，調查中部地區高齡基督徒325位，獲致以下結論：（1）在生命意義和死亡態度之現況分析方面，得知基督教信仰高齡者具有中上程度之生命意義觀感與死亡態度。（2）不同背景變項之基督教信仰高齡者在生命意義構面的差異分析，除了「性別」外，都具有顯著差異。（3）不同背景變項之基督教信仰高齡者在生命態度構面的差異分析，除了「配偶狀況」外，都達顯著差異。（4）基督教信仰高齡者之生命意義和死亡態度具有正相關，顯示其對生命意義觀感愈高，面對死亡態度也愈積極。最後，本研究再根據研究結果，提出對後續研究之建議。

Will elderly people's views on life and death become more positive because of religious beliefs? The purpose of this study was to explore the elderly's perception of the meaning of life and their attitude to death in the Christian faith. This study used a questionnaire survey to investigate 325 elderly Christians in the central Taiwan, and reached the following conclusions:(1) The analysis of the current situation of life meaning and attitude to death showed that elderly Christians had a middle-to-high sense of life meaning and attitude to death.(2) The analysis of the differences in the meaning of life of elderly Christians with different background variables showed significant differences except for "gender".(3) The analysis of the differences in the attitudes of life of elderly Christians with different background variables showed significant differences except for the "spouse status".(4) There was a positive correlation between the meaning of life and the attitude of death in elderly people of Christian faith, which showed that the higher their perception of the meaning of life, the more positive they were in the face of death.Finally, based on the results, this study made some recommendations to follow-up researches.
