摘要註:	本篇針對護理人員退休生活調適與規畫進行質性研究。研究運用「半結構式訪談」方式進行，透過該方法訪談7位在50-55歲退休護理人員，觀察他們在退休後的生活規畫、心態轉變，透過這樣觀察可以得到當人們決定退休後，在生活作息，經濟安全，身心健康方面有何轉變與因應，以讓自己之心情調整到最佳狀態，進而享受退休生活。透過訪談與質性研究結果，本研究發現，影響護理人員退休決策與退休生活規畫重要因素，歸納如下:退休後面對問題：「健康問題」、「生活調適問題」、「經濟安全問題」、「社會適應問題」、「家庭關係的改變」等五項問題。決定退休因素：「工作因素」、「健康因素」、「家庭因素」等三項因素。退休護理人員因應策略：「個人層面因應」、「家庭層面因應」、「社會因應方面」。本研究根據研究結論提出鼓勵退休護理人員享受退休生活，能將之前工作經驗的知識分享與其他人，及利用在工作時候的專業技能, 投入政府居家照顧2.0的相關方案, 貢獻在工作時候的專業技能，鼓勵參與社區大學課程，可增強其他專業技能。

The study was conducted using the "semi-structured interview" method. Through this method, 7 retired nursing staff aged 50-55 years were interviewed to observe their post-retirement life planning, mentality change and future retirement vision. Through this observation, people can make decisions After retirement, what changes and responses in life and rest, economic security, physical and mental health, to adjust mood to the best state, and then enjoy retirement life. Through interviews and qualitative research results, this study found that the important factors that affect the nursing staff’s retirement decision and retirement life planning can be summarized as follows: Five issues including "health issues", "life adjustment issues", "economic security issues", "social adaptation issues", and "changes in family relationships". Determining retirement factors are: "work factor", "health factor" and "family factor" Retired nursing staff coping strategies: "Individual level coping", "Family level coping". Based on the research findings, this study proposes to encourage retired nursing staff to enjoy retirement, share knowledge of previous work experience with others, and use professional skills at work to invest in government home care 2.0 related programs and contribute to professional work Skills, encourage participation in community college courses, can enhance other professional skills.
