摘要註:	從搖籃到墳墓，是每個人必經的過程。從老人的觀點，回顧生命的起起落落，是一種難得的回憶，也是一種經驗的傳承。從老人的生命故事，可以讀出生命的價值與意義。本研究的目的在探討一位不向命運低頭的高齡者的故事，希望透過他敘說的生命故事，讓後輩學習到其堅毅不拔的精神。本研究採用深度訪談之質性研究方法，訪談對象是一位65歲的金門高齡婦女。從其生命故事中，研究者獲得以下的研究結果：（1）研究參與者童年時期幫忙父母務農，但不受阿嬤重視。（2）研究參與者青少年時期放棄升學，持續幫忙農事。（3）研究參與者中年時期工作順利，婚姻美滿且照顧失能的小姑。（4）研究參與者晚年時期雖遇磨難，仍樂觀以對。依據以上研究結論，研究者提供意見給後續研究者、年輕世代與相關單位做參考。

From the perspectives of the elderly, looking back at the rise and fall of life is a special memory and a legacy of experience. From the life story of the elderly, the value and meaning in it can be read. The purpose of this study was to explore the story of an elderly woman who did not yield to fate. Through her life story, it is hoped that the younger generation will learn the spirit of perseverance. This study used a qualitative approach to in-depth interviews with a 65-year-old Kinmen senior woman. From her life story, the following findings were found:（1）The interviewee helped her parents to do the farm in the childhood, but she was not valued by her gradma.（2）The interviewee gave up her studies during the youth and continued to help her parents with farming.（3）The interviewee worked smoothly during her middle age, married well and cared for her husband’s disabled sister.（4）The interviewee encountered difficulties in her late years, but she was optimistic to face and deal with them.Based on the above results, some suggestions were made for the follow-up researchers, young generation, and therelated authorities.
