概要:	臺灣已於2018年邁入高齡社會，監所工作首重生活照護，如何讓逐年增加之中高齡收容人過得生理健康且心理壓力得以舒緩，是目前監所照護的重要方向。本研究旨在探討中高齡酒駕收容人在監執行之壓力源。本研究以南投看守所內三位中高齡酒駕入監者為研究參與對象，透過質性深度訪談後，獲得如下結果：（1）受訪者接觸飲酒且持續酒駕之動機為朋友間互動邀約與生活不順。（2）受訪者在監處遇情形以「醫療」與「伙食」處遇最不滿意。（3）受訪者進入監所後主要壓力來自「物質剝奪」與「經濟不佳」的困境。透過本研究之研究結果，研究者希望能提供給相關單位作為照護中高齡酒駕收容人之參考。

The work of prisons always focuses on life care of inmates. How to let the increasing middle-aged and elderly inmates have physiological and psychological health in prison will be a growing concern. The purpose of this study is to explore the pressure sources of the middle-aged and elderly drunk driving inmates. In this study, a qualitative research method used by in-depth interview was on three middle-aged and elderly drunk driving inmates in the Nantou Detention Center. The results were obtained:(1)The motivations of the interviewees on alcohol addiction and continuously drink-driving were from friends’ interaction and difficult lives.(2) The interviewees were most dissatisfied with the "medical" and "food" treatment in prison.(3) The main pressure of the interviewees after entering the prison came from the plights of "material deprivation" and "poor economy".Based on the results of this study, some suggestions for caring for the middle-aged and elderly drunk driving inmates were made for the relevant organizations.
