摘要註:	2001年為「國際志工年」，同時我國於同年1月20日公布施行「志願服務法」，以肯定志工無私奉獻與非凡成就，並為臺灣的志願服務工作立下新的里程碑。因應家庭結構及社會思維的改變，促使家庭教育業務更具多元與專業；礙於組織編制上的人力不足，面對家庭教育中心於行政、活動推廣或諮詢輔導業務上，志工的協助扮演著舉足輕重的角色，其所展現的專業知能、態度與熱忱，關係著各項業務推動的成效，如何讓他們願意更積極投入家庭教育志工顯得格外重要，本研究採問卷調查法進行量化研究，探討南投縣家庭教育中心中高齡志工參與動機、學習滿意度及工作投入之關係，調查問卷共發放78份，回收有效問卷78份，研究結果如下：（1）家庭教育中心志工以中高齡（55歲至69歲）女性為多數，且教育程度越高學習滿意度越高。（2）家庭教育中心志工參與動機及工作投入不受限於年齡或教育程度。（3）家庭教育中心志工參與動機越高，則學習滿意度及工作投入就越高。（4）家庭教育中心志工的學習滿意度越高，則工作投入就越高。由以上結果得知，有關單位在運用志工人力資源服務時盡量提高其參與動機，將有助於後續志工對於工作的投入及其本身的學習滿意度。

In response to changes in family structure and social convention, family education service has become more diversified and professional. Due to the lack of manpower in organizational establishment, facing the Family Education Center's administrative, event promotion, and counselling services, assistance of volunteer plays a significant role. The professional knowledge, attitude and enthusiasm demonstrated by volunteers are related to the effectiveness of various service promotion. Therefore, how to make volunteers more actively involved in Family Education Center’s volunteer work is particularly important. This study uses a questionnaire survey to conduct a quantitative study to explore the relationship between participation motivation, learning satisfaction, and work engagement of middle-aged and senior volunteers in Nantou Family Education Center. Seventy-eight questionnaires were distributed and seventy-eight valid questionnaires were collected. The results are as follows:（1） Volunteers in the Center are mainly middle-aged and senior (55 to 69) women. And the higher the level of education they attain, the higher the learning satisfaction they have.（2） The motivation and participation of volunteers in the Center are not limited to either age or education level.（3） The higher the motivation for volunteer participation in the Center, the higher the learning satisfaction and work engagement.（4） The higher the learning satisfaction of volunteers in the Center, the higher the work commitment.The results suggest that the relevant institutions should do their best to increase their motivation to participate in applying volunteer resources and services, which will help follow-up volunteers' work engagement and their learning satisfaction.
