摘要註:	本研究旨在探討肉品公會會員之工作壓力、休閒參與及生活品質現況與關係，並分析不同背景變項的員工之工作壓力、休閒參及生活品質的差異情形。本研究以肉品公會員工為研究對象，以「工作壓力」、「休閒參與」及「生活品質」量表為研究工具，採用問卷調查法共計發放500份問卷，獲得有效問卷420份，有效問卷率84%。以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及Pearson積差相關等統計方式進行分析，其研究結果如下：一、在員工背景變項中性別以「男性」、年齡以「50歲以上」、婚姻狀況以「已婚」、學歷以「大專(學)」及所得以「40,001元-60,000元」最多。二、就現況來看，工作壓力普通、休閒參與介於普通至滿意間，而生活品質接近滿意之程度。三、背景變項中「性別」、「年齡」、「婚姻」「學歷」及「所得」會在工作壓力、休閒參與及生活品質上達顯著差異。四、工作壓力、休閒參與及生活品質各層面皆達顯著相關。本研究對研究結果提出相關建議以作為參考依據。

Analyze the differences between the work pressure, leisure participation and quality of life of meat association members with different background variables. This research uses the members and " work pressure ", " leisure participation " and " quality of life " as research tools. This study adopted questionnaire survey and distributed 500 questionnaires with 420 valid ones collected, and Effective questionnaire rate of 84%. For descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation were used to analyze those questionnaires. The study results are listed below: 1. In the context of members background, gender is "male ", age is "over 50 years old ", marital status is “married”, education is university (college), and income is “40,001-60,000”. 2. From the current situation, ordinary work pressure and leisure participation range from ordinary to satisfactory, and the quality of life is close to satisfaction. 3. In the background variables, “gender”, “age”, “marriage”, “education” and “income” have significant differences in work pressure, leisure participation and quality of life. 4. The experience work pressure, leisure participation and quality of life are all significant correlation. The study also provides suggestions based on the study results for the related industry.
