摘要註:	本研究以108年度南投地區開設之銀髮族藝術休閒課程學員為研究對象，主要探討不同背景變項的銀髮族學員之「參與動機」、「參與態度」、「持續涉入」之影響及關聯性。本研究採用隨機問卷調查法共計發放220份問卷，獲得有效問卷211份，有效回收率96.5%。以描述性統計分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、相關分析、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析等統計方式進行分析，研究結果顯示：一、參與動機之變項以「逃避性」最高、參與態度之變項以「情感」最高、持續涉入之變項以「吸引力」最高；二、學員基本背景變項在參與動機上有部分顯著差異；三、學員基本背景變項在參與態度上有部分顯著差異；四、學員基本背景變項在持續涉入上有部分顯著差異；五、參與動機、參與態度與持續涉入各層面皆有顯著正相關；六、參與動機、參與態度在某些層面上可有效預測持續涉入。本研究針對其研究結果提出相關之建議，作為參考依據。

Totally 220 questionnaires were sent out convenience sampling, 211 valid ones were retrieved with the response rate of 96.5%. By descriptive statistical, reliability analysis, independent-sample t test, correlation analysis, ANOVA and regression analysis, the analyzed result indicate: 1.The highest variable is avoidance in Participation Motivation . The highest variable is sentiment in Participation Attitude. The highest variable is attractive in Enduring Involvement.2. Participation Motivation some significant differencesin visitors background variable.3. Participation Attitude somesignificant differences in visitors background variable.4. Enduring Involvement some significant differences in visitors background variable. 5. Participation Motivation, Participation Attitude and Enduring Involvement are significant positive correlation in every levels. 6. Participation Motivation and Participation Attitude can predict Enduring Involvement effectively in some levels. This result provide related suggestions as reference.
