摘要註:	長照2.0自2017年起實施至今已屆滿4年，照顧人力短缺仍是難以克服的問題，我國透過高中（職）技職養成教育，培養專業的照顧服務員人才。為了解「影響高中(職)照服科學生從事照服員之相關因素」，以及其從事照服員之意向為何，本研究以計畫行為理論為基礎，並增加「職業認知」構面，建立高中（職）照服科學生從事照服員行為意向的研究架構。本研究以中彰投地區為研究範圍，109學年度就讀高中（職）照服科學生為研究對象，運用問卷調查法進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關性分析、多元迴歸分析等各項檢定。總計發放問卷450份，回收有效問卷419份。本研究結果顯示受訪者在從事照服員態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制及職業認知等構面的認同程度皆達同意程度﹔在不同背景對各構面差異分析發現，性別及是否參加過照顧服務實習課程等變項在態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制、職業認知與行為意向上皆有顯著差異，顯示女生在本身的意念、對重要他人建議的接受度與對資源的掌控度上較男生強烈，另外，有參加過照顧服務實習課程的學生對其工作性質及職涯發展有較高的認知。最後經由多元迴歸分析發現，受訪者從事照服員的行為意向皆受態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制及職業認知正向影響，其中以知覺行為控制的影響效果最高。建議政府單位強化照服員專業形象，增加職業認同，學校應與長照服務單位積極合作，亦可安排業師到校教授實務課程及邀請「照顧達人」分享照顧經驗，應可有效鼓勵學生投入長照行列。

In view of the long term development in long-term care services, our country has provided vocational high school students with fundamental skills in supplying the manpower deficiency of long-term care services. The study aims to explore the factors that affect the intentions of vocational high school students who major in nursing service as care attendants in the future. Based on Ajzen's planning behavior theory, the study adds the dimension of "career awareness" as the research framework. Vocational high school students who major in nursing service from 109 schools in Taichung, Changhua and Nantou were recruited in the study. Data was collected from questionnaires. 450 questionnaires were distributed and 419 questionnaire were valid. The results of the study showed that the respondents agreed in the aspects of attitudes, subjective norms, perceptual behavior control and occupational cognition in the future. In the analysis of various dimensions from different backgrounds, there were significant differences between gender and the experiences of nursing service internship in terms of attitudes, subjective norms, perceptual behavior control, professional cognition, and behavioral intentions. The result indicated that girls had stronger intentions in their own ideas, acceptance of important others’ suggestions, and control over resources than boys. In addition, students who participated in the nursing service internship courses have a higher awareness of the nature of their work and career development. Finally, through multiple regression analysis, it was found that the respondent’s behavioral intention to be a caregiver is positively affected by attitudes, subjective norms, perceptual behavior control, and occupational cognition. Respondent’s intention is the mostly affected by perceptual behavior control. Therefore, it is recommended that the government strengthen the professional image of caregivers and increase their professional identity. Schools should actively cooperate with long-term care service institutes to familiarize students with working environment in advance. They can also invite industry experts to campus for practical courses and invite "care professionals" to share their care experiences in order to effectively encourage students to participate in long-term care.
