摘要註:	台灣正面臨人口高齡化，其中有許多中高齡者選擇參與人民團體，並且在當中尋到新目標。本研究針對南投地區中高齡者進行問卷調查，共發出530份問卷，有效回收問卷483份，收集後透過統計軟體SPSS.22.0分析。在討論分析的結果後發現，南投地區人民團體參與的中高齡者主要以55歲到64歲最多，大部分與配偶及家人同住，且教育程度達大學(含)專科以上，對自己的經濟多為普通評價，而且感覺自身健康良好，另外有多數人參與二個以上的人民團體。不同中高齡者參與人民團體的分析結果，成就動機平均數3.98分偏向認同程度，其中個人取向之成就動機達4.11分同意程度，另較高的教育程度、與配偶或子女同住、較差的經濟狀況、良好的健康狀況族群有較高的成就動機；中高齡者參與人民團體之家庭支持平均數3.72分亦偏向認同程度，其中與配偶或子女同住、較差的經濟狀況、良好的健康狀況有較高的家庭支持。成就動機二個構面中，以較差經濟狀況以及良好健康狀況，有較高的成就動機表現；家庭支持三個構面中，55-65歲以上族群有較高的情感支持，其他職業、較差經濟狀況、良好健康狀況則三個構面皆有較高的表現。相關性分析當中，家庭支持的三個構面對於參與人民團體有高度正相關，而其他部分則都顯示出有中度正相關。

Many of middle-aged and elderly people choose to participate in civil associations and find new goals in it. This study conducted a questionnaire survey for middle-aged and elderly people in Nantou, and 530 questionnaires were distributed. Among them, 483 valid questionnaires were retrieved. After collection, analyze through statistical software SPSS.22.0. After discussing the results of the analysis, it was found that the people who participated in the civil associations in Nantou age between 55 - 64 years old. Most of them live with family and have upper-middle education. General appraisal of two economy and feel themselves in good health. In addition, most people participate in more than one civil associations. Analysis results of different middle-aged and elderly people participating in civil associations. Average of achievement motivation is 3.98 points, showing that the achievement motivation has a medium to upper level. Among them, those with higher education level, living with spouse or children, poor financial status, and good health status have higher motivation for achievement. Average of family support is 3.72 points, showing that the family support has a moderate to upper level, among which living with spouse or children, poor financial status, and good health status have higher family support. Between the two dimensions of achievement motivation with poor economic status and good health have better achievement motivation performance. Among the three dimensions of family support, the 55-65 years old group has higher emotional support, and other occupations, poor economic status, and good health status have higher performance in the three dimensions. In the correlation analysis, the three dimensions of family support have a high degree of positive influence on participating civil associations, while the other parts all show a moderate positive influence.
