摘要註:	每一個人在所有成長階段最關鍵的里程碑莫不過是找到適合的人一同共組家庭，組成家庭後最期待就是等待新生命的誕生，但是上天總是給予人們挑戰，發現孕育中的寶寶如果有些缺陷，隨著生命意識抬頭，家長為了這珍貴的生命不怕辛苦也會堅持把孩子生小來，但現實是殘酷的，在孩子出生後開始需要面臨龐大的照顧壓力。本研究目的是探討家中有智能障礙者家屬之照顧壓力，以立意取樣的方式選擇兩位 60 歲和一位 68 歲的女性家屬為本研究的研究參與者，並進行半結構式的訪談。經逐字稿的整理與分析，研究結果為：（1）受訪者在家庭中扮演主要照顧者，雖疲乏、無奈，但仍全心接納智能障礙子女。（2）受訪者照顧智能障礙子女面臨多樣化的壓力，最大的困境是擔心未來沒人照顧其子女。（3）受訪者對長照資源的認知來自相關人員的告知，資源的使用多為陪伴與送餐。（4）受訪者使用長照資源服務前後，發現除了喘息服務，其他對照顧影響改變不大，有時還覺得很不便。最後，本研究依照研究結果提出建議，作為相關家屬、資源單位以及未來研究者參考。

After forming a family, the most expectative thing is to wait for the birth of a new life, but God always challenges someone. Once finding out the baby is defective during pregnancy, through the rise of life consciousness, parents are not afraid of hard work for this precious life and will insist on giving birth to their children, but the reality is cruel. When the child was born, a lot of care needs should be overcome; meanwhile, it would bring about massive pressure. The purpose of this study was to investigate the pressure of taking care of disabilities among their family members based on long-term care service. Two women at the age of 60 and 68 were selected as the interviewees by purposive sampling method, and semi-structured interviews were conducted. After collating and analyzing the verbatim manuscripts, the results were obtained as follows: (1) Interviewees were the main caregiver in the family. Being tired and helpless, but they still accepted intellectual disabilities wholeheartedly. (2) Interviewees faced diversified pressures in caring for their children. The biggest problem they worried was that no one would take over caring for their children when they died. (3) Interviewees recognized the information of long-term care resources from the notification of relevant personnel, and the use of resources was mostly for accompany and meal delivery. (4) Before and after using the long-term care resource service, the interviewees found that apart from the respite service, there was little change in the care. Moreover, they sometimes found it would be inconvenient. Finally, this research proposed some recommendations based on the research results as a reference for family members, related institutions and future researchers.
