摘要註:	本研究旨在探討一位堅持夢想，最後圓夢之高齡者的生命敘事。本研究採質性個案研究，訪談一位南投縣七十歲高齡歌仔戲團長。訪談內容經資料處理分析後，獲得以下之研究結果：（1）受訪者參與歌仔戲的動機態度及原因：受訪者從小跟著奶奶看戲台戲即深深為歌仔戲著迷，抱持樂觀進取態度，夢想將來成為歌仔戲的一位要員。（2）受訪者追求歌仔戲夢想努力不懈之歷程：受訪者不顧父母極力反對，在歌仔戲領域學藝拜師，學習期間家人曾多次到場勸離返家，但她仍不為所動，儘管吃盡苦頭，依然堅持著夢想。（3）受訪者在圓夢過程中所遇之困難與因應：受訪者堅持「發生再大的事也要勇敢面對」的理念，且要讓歌仔戲的演出成為一件快樂的事。因為她堅持的勇氣和韌力，所有困難都能一一克服，而團員間的和諧和凝聚力則越來越強。最後，本研究依據研究結果提出建議，作為高齡者和未來研究者之參考。

The researcher adopted a qualitative case study, interviewing a 70-year-old Taiwanese opera director in Nantou County. After data processing and analysis of the interview contents, the following results were obtained: (1) Interviewee’s motivation and attitude to participate in Taiwanese opera: The interviewee had been fascinated by Taiwanese opera with her grandma since she was young. She had an optimistic and enterprising attitude and dream of becoming a key player in Taiwanese opera in the future. (2) Interviewee’s unremitting efforts to pursue the dream of Taiwanese opera: Regardless of the strong opposition of her parents, the interviewee studied art and served her apprenticeship in the field of Taiwanese opera. During her studies and apprenticeship, her family tried to persuade her to back home, but she still kept studying. Despite the hardship, she still insisted on her dream. (3) Difficulties and impact encountered by the interviewee in the process of realizing her dream: Interviewee adhered to the concept of "No matter how big things happen, you must face them bravely" and never gave up making Taiwanese opera performances a happy thing. Because of her persistent courage and tenacity, all difficulties were overcome one by one, and the harmony and cohesion among her group members were getting stronger and stronger. Finally, this study proposed recommendations based on the results of the study, as a reference for middle-aged and future researchers.
