概要:
本研究旨在探討中高齡教師夫妻退休態度與規劃之個案研究。本研究採質性個案研究，訪談南投縣兩對55歲以上已退休教師夫妻。訪談內容經資料處理分析後，獲得以下之研究結果：（1）研究參與者退休態度及原因：研究參與者對退休抱持樂觀態度，是因55歲屆齡感到需交棒給下一代而退休。（2）研究參與者退休規劃之內涵：研究參與者對家庭、身體健康、心理、經濟、社會等各層面，儘管有些僅是大略想法，皆有某種程度的規劃。（3）研究參與者生活環境對其退休態度與規劃之影響：研究參與者親人朋友對受訪者退休持正面看法，其生活環境也能適時調適。（4）研究參與者夫妻皆退休後之規劃調整：夫妻相處保持互相尊重的態度，對家務則共同協助、互相配合而調整。最後，本研究依據研究結果提出建議，作為中高齡教師和未來研究者之參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the retirement attitudes and planning of the middle-aged and elderly teacher couples. A qualitive case study was adopted by in-depth interview with two teacher couples over 55 years old in Nantou County. After data processing and analysis, the following research results were obtained: (1) Retirement attitudes and reasons of interviewees: Interviewees were optimistic about retirement because they felt it was time to hand over to the next generation at the age of 55. (2) The contents of interviewee’s retirement planning: Interviewees had some plans for family, physical health, psychology, economy, society and other aspects, although some were only rough ideas. (3) The influence of the interviewee’s living environment on their retirement attitudes and planning: The relatives and friends of the interviewees had a positive view of the interviewee's retirement, and their living environment could be adjusted in time as well.(4) Planning adjustments after both of the teacher couples retired: Husbands and wives maintained an attitude of mutual respect to each other, and they assisted and coordinated with each other to make adjustments to the housework.Finally, this study proposed recommendations for the middle-aged and elderly teachers as well as future researchers based on the results.
