摘要註:	2025年，我國將成為超高齡社會，如何讓銀髮族成功老化，是全世界先進國家面臨陡升式老化浪潮的嚴肅挑戰，為主政當局最優先的施政重點，亦是銀髮福祉專業領域研究核心議題，積極加重研究質量。本研究旨在建構原鄉部落中高齡者成功老化關鍵指標體系，分從生理、心理、社會、學習四面向編定問項，採立意取樣方式進行問卷調查，探索及研析原鄉中高齡者「成功老化」關鍵要素。本研究以宜蘭縣大同鄉寒溪、崙埤、松羅、英士、茂安、四季六部落，55歲以上中高齡進行施測，有效問卷362份，經基本資料分析、差異性分析、相關分析、探索性因素分析(EFA)、多元迴歸分析，建構出生理、心理、社會、學習四變項、13構面及63問項之原鄉中高齡「成功老化」量表，研究同步揭露構面間呈現顯著相關，揭櫫「成功老化」是一多面向、多要素的綜合交迭結果，須從多面向審視及判定；研究建議可依地區、人口特性，深化「成功老化」研究；主管當局亦應分從生理、心理、社會、學習四層面兼籌並顧、同步施為，開啟各項軟硬體資源之協助與輔導之鑰，達標「成功老化」。

How to successfully age the silver-haired people is a serious challenge facing the steep aging wave of advanced countries around the world. It is the top priority of the main political authority and the core of research in the professional field of silver-haired welfare. Issues, actively increase the quality of research. This research aims to construct a key indicator system for the successful aging of the elderly in the original tribe. Questions are compiled from the four aspects of physiology, psychology, society, and learning, and the questionnaire survey is conducted using a conceptual sampling method to explore and analyze the elderly in the original village. The key element of "successful aging". In this study, the six tribes of Hanxi, Lunpi, Songluo, Yingshi, Mao'an, and Siji, Datong Township, Yilan County, were tested with 362 valid questionnaires. After basic data analysis, difference analysis, correlation analysis, Exploratory factor analysis (EFA), multiple regression analysis has constructed a "successful aging" scale for middle-aged and senior citizens in the hometown with four variables of physiology, psychology, society, and learning, 13 dimensions and 63 items, and the research simultaneously reveals that there is a significant correlation between the dimensions. It is revealed that "successful aging" is a multi-faceted and multi-element comprehensive overlapping result, which must be examined and judged from multiple aspects; research recommendations can deepen the study of "successful aging" according to the characteristics of the region and population; the competent authority should also divide the physiological The four levels of psychology, society, and learning are taken into consideration and implemented simultaneously to unlock the key to the assistance and counseling of various hardware and software resources, and achieve the standard "successful aging".
