概要:	預防照顧服務已是國內老人福利服務重視的議題及熱點，本研究以老化指數高居全國第二的南投縣13個社區照顧關懷據點，探究參與據點活動之高齡者，其老化態度（老化認知、老化感受、特定老年觀、老化適應四構面）、健康狀況（生理因素、心理因素、社會因素三構面）及幸福感（主觀幸福感、心理幸福感、社會幸福感三構面）之認知及相關性，採行立意抽樣，施測問卷，回收有效樣本401份。研究顯示參與據點服務高齡者之老化態度、健康狀況及幸福感現況整體平均值呈現中上程度，及皆有顯著正相關，經由迴歸分析結果，老化態度之「老化適應」構面對健康狀況影響最大、老化態度之「特定老年觀」構面對幸福感影響最大及健康狀況之「社會因素」構面對幸福感影響最大。揭櫫據點服務對於高齡者產生多面、正向效能；老化態度、健康狀況及幸福感間有著同步提升、交互加乘作用，可作為主管機關賡續辦理及持續作為之有力依據；並衷心呼籲當局應以需求導向關切不同族群高齡者；系統強化及有效引導高齡者社會參與；強力培訓社區照顧人員之專業職能；有效促進及周延高齡者以健康態度追求成功老化及活躍老化的老年生活。

The subjects in the study referred to the seniors at the 13 community care centers in Nantou County, which has the second highest aging index nationwide.To explore the seniors attending the centers for attitudes toward aging (on the four dimensions of aging cognition, aging feelings, specific views about aging, adjustment to aging) , health conditions (on the three dimensions of physiological factors, psychological factors, social factors) , and well-being (subjective well-being, psychological well-being, social well-being) in terms of cognition and correlation. The research method of the study is purposive sampling and questionnaire administration, a total of 401 effective samples were collected. Research shows that the overall average of aging attitudes, health conditions, and well-being of the elderly persons participating in the centers reaches a high level, and all have significant positive correlations. According to the results of regression analysis, the “adjustment to aging” dimension of aging attitudes has the greatest impact on health conditions , the “specific views about aging” dimension of aging attitudes has the greatest impact on happiness, and the “social factors” dimension of health conditions has the greatest impact on happiness.This shows that the seniors participating in the community care centers produced multi-faceted, positive effects on the seniors. There was a simultaneous enhancing interaction effect among attitudes toward aging, health conditions, and well-being. This may be viewed as a powerful reference for competent authorities to continue the services. We sincerely call on the authorities to provide demand-oriented care to different senior populations, systematically strengthen and effectively engage seniors in social participation, as well as provide solid professional training to community care workers. In the future, the cross-corroboration between qualitative and quantitative studies should be gradually increased in order to effectively encourage seniors to pursue successful, active aging with a healthy attitude.
