摘要註:	本研究探討中高齡新住民婦女對台灣文化適應認同與留台意願探討，以質性研究中半結構式進行深度訪談，研究對象8位越南籍中高齡新住民婦女、年齡約45 ~60歲、在台住25~40年的生活經驗，探討其對於文化認同以及老後留台灣之意願。研究發現(1) 新住民以女性本質做為交換條件，選擇嫁入經濟環境較高的台灣，增加其在原生國之地位 (2)台灣社會適應氛圍導致新住民處於劣勢地位，資源顯得較為不足。(3)文化適應度以語言隔閡、表達困難、飲食文化差異明顯最難適應。(4)與配偶關係穩定、信任與支持，確實會增加其留住於台灣意願(5)孩子教養態度會受原生國之影響(6)台灣身分取得條件困難度，及社會異樣眼光，會容易使其陷入身分之認同混淆。中高齡新住民婦女在經歷長時間的文化兩難的處境，造成其對於文化認同度降低，若家庭、社會支持度不足，容易造成其老後攜子留台之意願降低，他們期待是社會能夠將他們視為真台灣人，而非形式上的台灣人。本研究之建議：(1)中高齡新住民在其生命的歷程多數在台灣，肯定其為台灣之努力，並思考其高齡化之後政策的對應。(2)增加新住民之姻親親屬對於其文化認同加強其家庭支持(3)社會環境再教育，向下扎根教育以尊重不同文化。

The subjects including 8 middle-aged new immigrant Vietnamese women who were about 45-60 years old, and had 25-40 years of experience of living in Taiwan, were investigated on cultural identity and willingness to stay in Taiwan while aging. The results found that:(1)new immigrants chose to marry into Taiwan which has higher economic environment by female nature for increasing social status in original country. (2)Taiwan’s social value system has caused new immigrants to drop in inferior position that resources appeared to be relatively insufficient.(3) The most difficult of cultural adaptation includedlanguage barriers, difficulty in expression, and obvious differences in food culture. (4) It will indeed increase their willingness to stay in Taiwan by Stable relationship with spouse, trust and support. (5) Parents’ attitudes towards children about nurture and education will be affected by their cultural of original country.(6) The difficulty of obtaining Taiwanese ID card and social discrimination for new immigrants could easily cause confusion about their identity. In a long time, because middle-aged new immigrant women were caught in a dilemma of different culture, it decreased Taiwan's cultural identity and willingness to stay with their child in Taiwan while aging which caused by insufficient family and social support. They hope they could be considered a real Taiwanese, not be a foreignTaiwanese. According to the suggestions of the investigation, (1) We should admire new immigrants for efforts in the most of their life in Taiwan, and make policies for themwhile aging. (2) It increase their original cultural identity and support of families in-law. (3) By next-generation education, we learn to respect different cultures and rebuild the social environment.
