概要:	本研究旨在探討南投縣中高齡民眾老化知識與老化準備與幸福感之研究。為達研究目的以相關文獻理論為基礎，選擇合適的老化知識、老年準備及幸福感量表，採用問卷調查法，針對南投縣中高齡民眾進行問卷調查，共發放問卷419份，回收之有效樣本403份，有效樣本回收率96%。經統計分析，進行歸納與探討，獲得以下五點結論：一、南投縣中高齡民眾的老化知識程度屬於中上，以「社會」層面最高，「心理」層面最低。二、南投縣中高齡民眾在老年準備百分比達到中高程度，以「心理適應」層面最高，「經濟安全」層面準備最低。三、南投縣中高齡民眾在幸福感有正向態度。四、在個人背景變項中，自覺健康狀態對老年準備與幸福感具顯著相關。五、中高齡民眾在老化知識之心理層面與幸福感之間具顯著相關，老年準備與幸福感之間具顯著相關。根據以上結論提出建議，以作為行政機關、中高齡民眾參考。

To achieve the purpose、 we analyze relevant literature and theories as the basis、 the appropriate Aging Knowledge、 Aging Preparation and Well-being scales were selected、 and a questionnaire survey was conducted for the middle-aged and senior citizens in Nantou County. Each of the 419 subjects was given a questionnaire to fill out. A total of 403 questionnaires were returned. Out of those、 96% was valid（403 out of 419）. Statistical analysis yielded the following five results: 1. The degree of Aging Knowledge of the middle-aged and senior citizens in Nantou County appear middle-up level、 with the highest “social aging aspect” and the lowest “mental aging aspect”. 2. The frequencies for Aging Preparation on the middle-aged and senior citizens in Nantou County is above average、 with the highest level of "psychological adaptation" and the lowest level of "economic security" preparation. 3. The middle-aged and elderly people in Nantou County have a positive attitude towards Well-being. 4. Among the personal background variables、 conscious health status is significantly related to Aging Preparation and Well-being. 5. There is a significant correlation between the psychological level of aging knowledge and Well-being among middle-aged and elderly people、 and there is a significant correlation between Aging Preparation and Well-being. According to the findings、 some suggestions were provided for government authorities、 middle-aged and senior citizens.
