摘要註:	本研究旨在探討觀光休閒飯店食農教育認知、意願與永續之關係。本研究以問卷調查方式採立意抽樣施測，研究對象為以觀光休閒飯店參與者為研究對象，並以網路問卷方式發放，共計回收 182 份。剔除無效問卷 20 份，共取得有效問卷 162 份，有效回收率為 89.01% 。以獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸分析瞭解食農教育認知、意願與永續之差異情形及關係。結果得知：一、觀光休閒飯店參與者在食農教育認知差異情形，性別、年齡、學歷與職業上，皆達差異性存在；二、不同職業在食農教育意願達顯著性；三、性別與學歷在食農教育永續達差異性存在；四、食農教育認知越高則食農教育意願也會越好，食農教育意願越高則食農教育永續也會越好；五、觀光休閒飯店食農教育認知與意願可有效預測食農教育永續。依本研究結果女生較男生傾向於「農業體驗」、「食材營養與安全」及食農教育永續， 40 49歲比 50 歲的人更重視其地產地銷，大專院校的受試者比碩士以上重視「地產地銷」，高職比碩士以上的受試者更重視食農教育永續。本研究結果建議可供相關單位參考。.

This study is to take the participants of tourism and leisure hotels as the research object and adopts the method of purposive sampling test and distributes it in the form of online questionnaires. A total of 182 questionnaires were sent out using convenient sampling and collection through questionnaires. There are a total of 162 valid questionnaires, and the effective recovery rate is 89.01%. Using independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis. Results: There were differences in the cognition among the participants in tourism and leisure restaurants, including gender, age, education, and occupation; the different occupations in intention are significant; the different gender and education in sustainability are significant. Cognition a significant and positive influence on intention; which a significant and positive influence on sustainability; Cognition and intention of food and agriculture education forecast sustainability of food and agriculture education. Conclusion: Girls are more inclined to agricultural experience, food nutrition and safety, and sustainable food and agricultural education than boys. People aged 40-49 pay more attention to their real estate and sales than those aged 50. The subjects of colleges and universities are more than those with master's degrees. The above (inclusive) focus on "real estate sales". The subjects below high school vocational school (inclusive) paid more attention to the sustainability of food and agriculture education than the subjects with master's degrees or above. The results of this study can be used for reference by relevant institutions. Agricultural experience.
