摘要註:	本研究以南投市中高齡者為研究對象，旨在探討其參與游泳運動之參與動機、涉入程度與休閒效益的現況及在不同人口背景變數間之差異，進而探討其關聯性。研究採用修編之「參與動機量表」、「涉入程度量表」與「休閒效益量表」以便利抽樣方式進行樣本蒐集，共發放問卷計430份，回收有效問卷計381份，有效問卷回收率88%，最後再以SPSS22.0套裝軟體進行資料分析處理，研究結果發現：一、中高齡者對游泳運動之參與動機、涉入程度與休閒效益均呈中上程度。二、中高齡者對游泳運動之參與動機、涉入程度與休閒效益因背景變數不同，僅部分達顯著差異。三、中高齡者對游泳運動之參與動機、涉入程度與休閒效益，各變項間皆有顯著正向影響、各構面間多呈中度正相關性。本研究結果可提供政府及相關單位做為推廣游泳運動之參考依據。建議政府及相關單位除祭出政策，鼓勵中高齡者踴躍參與游泳運動外，另應塑造有利於中高齡者活動的友善環境，以吸引中高齡者進入泳池參與運動。

The research used the revised "Participation Motivation Scale", "Involvement Level Scale" and "Leisure Benefit Scale" to collect samples by convenience sampling. A total of 430 questionnaires were distributed, and 381 valid questionnaires were recovered. The rate was 88%. Finally, the SPSS22.0 software package was used for data analysis and processing. The research results found that: 1.The motivation, involvement and leisure benefits of swimming for middle-aged and elderly people are all at an upper-middle level. 2.The motivation, involvement degree and leisure benefits of middle-aged and elderly people in swimming are different due to different background variables, and only some of them are significantly different. 3.The motivation, involvement degree and leisure benefits of swimming among middle-aged and elderly people have significant positive effects among various variables, and there are moderate positive correlations among various dimensions. The results of this study can provide the government and related units as a reference for the promotion of swimming. It is suggested that the government and relevant units should not only introduce policies to encourage middle-aged and elderly people to actively participate in swimming sports, but also create a friendly environment conducive to the activities of middle-aged and elderly people, so as to attract middle-aged and elderly people to participate in sports in swimming pools.
