Summary:	本研究旨在探討中高齡臨床護理人員工作壓力及壓力調適的方法。本研究採質性個案研究法，訪談一位南投市某區域教學醫院臨床護理人員年資20年以上的資深護理師。訪談內容經資料分析處理後，獲得以下之研究結果：（1）受訪者造成工作壓力的因素為過度忙碌、無力感、團隊關係、職業危害暴露、暴力騷擾危害、工作家庭。（2）受訪者工作壓力的影響為身體疾病、負面心靈、家庭摩擦、人際溝通困境。（3）受訪者工作壓力調適方法為同儕支持、休閒娛樂、時間管理、物理與飲食調理。最後，研究者再根據研究結果，提供中高齡臨床護理人員、中高齡臨床護理人員主管、後續研究者的建議。

In this study, a qualitative case study method was used to interview a middle- aged and elderly clinical nurse with more than 20 years of clinical nursing experience in a regional teaching hospital in Nantou City. After the interview content was analyzed and processed, the following research results were obtained:(1) Factors causing work stress of the interviewee were over-busy, powerlessness, team relationship, occupational hazard exposure, violent harassment hazards, and work-family.(2) The effects of work stress on the interviewee included physical illness, negative mind, family friction, and interpersonal communication difficulties.(3) The interviewee’s work stress adjustment methods were peer support, leisure and entertainment, time management, physical and dietary conditioning. Finally, according to the research results, the researcher provides some suggestions for middle-aged and elderly clinical nurses, related medical and nursing managers and follow-up researchers.
