摘要註:	由於社會變遷及家庭結構的改變，使得隔代教養家庭日益增多。本研究旨在探討中高齡祖父母隔代教養單親孫子女之原因、祖孫關係與課業輔導問題、親職照顧問題、生活壓力等。為達上述研究目的，研究者以立意取樣的方式，選取南投市某國小學童隔代教養家庭的祖父母為研究對象，共有2位，並採質性研究之深度訪談法進行資料蒐集與分析。研究結果為：（1）中高齡祖父母隔代教養單親孫子女之原因為孩子的父母親離婚或死亡。（2）祖孫互動關係因3C產品的普遍及孩童上安親班而逐漸減少。（3）祖輩面臨孫輩之課業輔導問題普遍為課業無法指導，因應方式為上安親班或請學校老師指導。（4）隔代教養祖父母所執行之親職照顧項目以照顧日常生活、三餐溫飽為主。（5）隔代教養家庭之生活壓力主要為經濟問題，祖父母在照顧上最需要經濟協助。最後，本研究依研究結果，對隔代教養祖父母、相關單位與後續研究者提出建議。

This study aims to explore the reasons why middle-aged and elderly grandparents raised single-parent grandchildren across generations, the relationship between grandparents and grandchildren, the academic tutoring issues, parental care issues, life pressure, etc. For the purpose of this study, based on purposive sampling, two parenting grandparents whose grandchildren were in a certain primary school in Nantou City were selected. The in-depth interview method of qualitative research was used to collect and analyze data. The research results were as follows:（1） The reason for middle-aged and elderly grandparents to raise single-parent grandchildren across generations was the divorce or death of the children's parents.（2） The interaction between grandparents and grandchildren gradually decreased due to the frequently using 3C products and the attending parenting classes for grandchildren.（3） As for the homework guidance problem, grandparents usually were unable to deal with it.（4） As for the parenting care, the grandparents mainly focused on taking care of grandchildren’s daily life and supplying them three meals a day.（5） The living pressure for grandparents was mainly due to economic problems, and the grandparents needed financial assistance most in taking care of them. Finally, according to the results of this study, some suggestions were made for parenting grandparents across generations, related organizations, and follow-up researchers.
