摘要註:	生老病死是人生的必經階段，從生命敘事中能讓人體認生命的轉折，從中尋找出生命的價值。本研究之主要目的，乃在透過受訪者的生命敘事，了解其生命歷程與面對生命中的困境時，克服逆境的關鍵因素，及逆轉為勝的關鍵力。為達上述研究目的，研究者以立意取樣的方式，選取2位中高齡的長者為研究對象，並採用質性研究之深度訪談法，進行資料蒐集與分析。其研究結果為：（1）受訪者有個快樂的童年。（2）受訪者求學階段努力向學，榮獲優異的成績。（3）受訪者因為家庭因素身陷逆境。（4）受訪者克服逆境關鍵因素來自原生家庭的教誨。（5）受訪者逆轉勝的關鍵力為自我轉化的韌性。最後，本研究依研究結果，對中高齡者相關單位與後續研究者提出建議。

From the life narrative, people can recognize the turning point of life and find the value of life from it. The main purpose of this study is to explore the life narrative of two middle aged and elderly interviewees. Baased on understanding their life courses and the difficulties in life, the researcher found out the key factor in their overcoming adversity, and the key force to reverse into victory. In this study, an in-depth interview method of qualitative research was used. Through conducting data collection and analysis, the results were:(1) The interviewees had a happy childhood.(2) he interviewees studied hard and had a good performace in their school life.(3) The interviewees faced their adversity owing to the family events.(4) The key factor for interviewees to overcome adversity comes from the teachings of their families of origin.(5) The key force for the respondents to reverse the victory is the resilience of self-transformation. Finally, according to the results of this study, suggestions are made to relevant units and follow-up researchers.
