概要:	台灣經濟日趨繁榮發達衍生交通往來日益繁忙，交通問題日益增多，警方人力吃緊需仰賴民力義交協助改善，又近來志工服務觀念日益昌榮，故有許多關心交通人士加入義交行列。本研究旨在探討南投縣及臺中市兩地中高齡義交在犧牲假日、犧牲陪伴家人及犧牲休息時間，甚而放下手中工作，又在參加義交勤務後面臨用路人不理性的對待，在義交所處環境中的社會支持情況與內心幸福感的關係。為求研究嚴謹及了解更多義交心中想法，研究者以網路從義交內部群組發放問卷的方式，選取南投縣及台中市兩地中高齡義交為研究對象，共計發放400份問卷，有效問卷回收率94.25%，共取得有效樣本計 377 份。以描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關，以及逐步多元迴歸等方法進行資料處理。研究結果為：（1）受試者社會支持整體情況良好，其中以「情緒性支持」的感受程度最高。（2）受試者幸福感整體情況良好，其中以「情緒狀態」的感受程度最高。（3）「年齡」、「經濟狀況」、「自覺身體健康」之背景變項顯著影響受試者之「社會支持」與「幸福感」。（4）受試者社會支持與幸福感各層面呈現顯著正相關。（5）受試者的社會支持能有效解釋幸福感，並具有預測力。最後，本研究依研究結果，對相關單位與後續研究者提出建議。

The police have to rely on the help of volunteers to improve their efficiency, with the growing concept of volunteer service, therefore, many people who care about traffic have become members of the volunteer group and help the police keep traffic order. The purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between social support and inner well-being for the middle-aged and elderly voluntary traffic wardens in Nantou County and Taichung City who sacrificed their break time, accompany of their families, their days off, and even their work, but still had to face the rude treatment from pedestrians. In this study, the researcher used the method of distributing questionnaires from the internal groups of the voluntary traffic wardens on the Internet in Nantou County and Taichung City. A total of 396 questionnaires were distributed, the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 94.25%, and a total of 400 valid samples were obtained. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-difference correlation, and stepwise multiple regression were used for data processing. The results of this study were:(1)The overall condition of the subjects’ social support was good, among which “emotional support” was the highest.(2)The overall well-being of the subjects was good, of which “emotional state” was the highest.(3)The background variables of "age", "economic status" and "conscious physical health" significantly affected the subjects' "social support" and "well-being".(4)The subjects' social support and well-being were significantly and positively correlated at all levels.(5)The subjects' social support could effectively explain well-being and had predictive power.Finally, according to the research results, this study made recommendations for the related authorities and follow-up researchers.
